As to why the guy doesn't attack Gon right now: I think there are two motives 1. I think he is actually just as fascinated by him as Hisoka is. Likes to watch his progress and wants to see how far the kid can go. 2. If he steals the badge now, there is a chance Gon or someone else might steal it back. The closer to the end he gets it, the less risk there is of someone else getting it from him in turn

Cube Pylum

I don't think there should have been a rule to keep your badge on, paying attention and gathering information is another part of the exam.

Letts React

Agreed it adds nuance, was more comparing it to the rules of the hero registration exam in mha

IcyRaven

Forgot episode 13? Last one is 12

CaptainTiefling

Episode 13 is a recap episode, they are skipping it

Mary Baker

Plot twist: Tonpa is part of our gang now, we’re stuck with him forever.

StorytellerDave

I wonder if now Gon's badge will be stolen when he goes after Hisoka when Hisoka is going after his target... Gosh this is going to be a mindf***

StorytellerDave

I do wonder about teamwork too, like, technically they could have just waited their 2 minutes right outside the ship to all go together if they wanted to. Hunting in a pack is hihgly advantageous. The strongest animals tend to be pack hunters, and that includes humans too.

Day

Did yall hear about the new avatar series that was announced that takes place after Korra?

I’m new patreon subscriber, why is the video quality’s so bad 😭

Limini
>>165707254

probably because your internet is slow and you have the quality setting on "auto". You can select "1080p" for a sharper video

Kraish

One of my biggest issues is the video quality randomly dropping. Is there a way to choose video quality somewhere im not seeing? i see volume, playback speed, closed captions, picture in picture and fullscreen. ive googled the issue with patreon videos automatically lowering resolution many times and have never found a way to choose the resolution. Please help lol

narutorunner

Why does it seem bad? It's just like a two sentence plot synopsis lol

Braden Jackson

Yea your right bad might be a bit harsh I’d say it makes me nervous more than excited

Limini

for me, right next to the Fullscreen button is an settings button (gearwheel) with Playback speed, quality (like 1080p,etc) and subtitles. it's on the videoplayer

narutorunner

That's fair, people are hesitant on Korra getting slandered even more than she has lol

thevoidbender

not gang just fam. IM SCREAMING why is that so funny 😂 o Montana

Saiyasha

But there is also a point to be made that anyone who has made it this far is an individualist who is not likely to trust the othr contestants. Because, yeah, Hunting in a pack is advantageous, bust most of these people don't know each other and have no idea if their partner might betray them. And someoen like Gon and Killua laos simply want the challenge of doing it by themselves.

StorytellerDave

I get what you're saying, but the thing about betraying a group is, you only need to do it if it's not working. What I mean is, if let's say you're group of 4, even if none of your fellow hunters are your target, at the end you can steal 3 badges and have your 6 points and win. If you're a group of 3 then your group has to defeat at most one person and you have a good shot of passing via betrayal. However the betrayal is entirely unnecessary if your group gets enough badges to divvy it up at the end so everyone has 6 points guaranteed.

FearTheDee

Is Episode 13 missing? Edit: nevermind, its a filler episode lol
