I'd take MHA Vigilantes over Mob Psycho after this show, tbh. Four episodes in, and it's been GREAT. Feels good to be back in the My Hero story, and that show was, personally, the best and most entertaining reaction on the channel.

Does pacificism means no violence or does it mean no conflict with other sentience life unless necessary? I will totally accept a pacifist who fights dangerous monsters uf there's no way to deal with the monster other than fight and kill it.

Mages are mostly offensive? Incan tell the type of dnd players you play with. Not a dig. Control magic and buff magic can be quite annoying as a dm and more effective than pure damage spells.

Mages are mostly offensive and clerics are mostly support. That's how it usually goes

Maybe. I have seen that olay out somewhat at my tables but not always. Yhere are wizards who don't go evocation. Sorcerers and warlocks do tend to be more offense though. Bards tend to be support too. A wizard without fireball is truly what my fears as a dm are made of.

There is always overlap though. Like you cast polymorph on yourself that a damage dealing and defensive support spell. Soemthijg to paralyze or mind control enemies works both as control and to deal more damage and players do often focus on that aspect.

While she is a pacifist the clones are still conjured and controlled by the demon Spiegel, which is why the counterparts do not have to take responsibility for anything their clones do

Montana please don't listen to Kenny. He just has a huge druid bias since that's what he plays. Everyone knows the best and most versatile class are bards on account of being the sexiest out of everyone and usually having insane luck

Bard is the cliche answer for a class that can do anything and they can. Intrigue warlock is the best for 1 class handling all the roles becuase a warlock can specialize into any role. Front line fighter? A few hex blades. Healer? Pact of the celestial. Pact of the tome helps spell utility. High charisma already gives face ability. Eldritch blast already makes you a archer type. Fiend for fireball and stuff. You're golden and itnwill feel like a jack of all trades and master of Noone situation

Well, we've seen with übel that they do replicate their personalities to an extent. Like her swiping the golem. Or sense and frieren not killing immediately even tho they could. They just have replicated personalities plus the order that Spiegel gave them (probably "protect me" Which would include attacking intruders but not necessarily killing them) Either way you can't be held responsible for what the Spiegel makes them do

Been waiting all week for the reaction, love Frieren and love your reactions. Btw I know it’s from last episode but the old man doesn’t mean if it was possible he wouldn’t try or there’s some weakness He means that if he had to fight Frieren the real Freren in a real battle he would immediately run away (as in break his bottle) but because it’s an Exam and it’s pretty hinted at that he has a need to pass (he already has fame, glory and is considerably wealthy why does he need a 1st class mage license if he doesn’t have a compelling/important reason) he has to try, otherwise he knows he is outclassed.

Druids and clerics are the most versatile in that they can be tanks, healers and dps characters all at once, but wizards are pretty flexible too.

Clerics actually are one of the most versatile class. They can easily be dps, tank or healers, they are far from all support classes at least in D&D5E. As a wise man once said - You could make a team of 5 clerics and call it the A-Men and knock down Tiamat's door and demand her lunch money. Clerics are insanely strong, have a lot of hp, a lot of very strong damage spells AND a lot of really strong healing and support spells and they can specialize into each or just swap between them as the situation demands it. They're on par with druids in terms of flexibility.

I think Aang is one of the best examples in media of someone who is a pacifist, but fights because of it, not in spite of it. He doesn't start the war, but he's sure as heck the one who ends it.

Yup, it'll be done quick and then you they can do Mob. Honestly Vigilantes is REALLY good. The animation in it is so much better than regular MHA lol

Thirding. I recommend watching the "color" trailers at the very least for a sense of the show's hype moments. Red, then White, Black, and Yellow trailers. And moderate warning - /avoid fandom opinions/. Some tragic stuff got timed right when the story's tone escalates and matures, leading to this massive love it vs. "it's not like the OG" feud, which also tend to get into some gross biases/the usual claims of "woke" among some of the classic vibe lovers. Just... Watch and enjoy if you enjoy. Trust no one. Especially me. I want to watch your tears.
