Something so unsettling between thorkell and thorfinn, it’s hard to explain but one being a massive man in his 30s or 40s, who loves what he does and is jovial most of the time. Compared to thorfinn a kid halfway in his teens at most FILLED with this almost inhuman rage. It feels So very wrong. Maybe because it’s a subversion of the new happy generation fighting an the old generation that is cynical and beat down

Whoo! Next week is a double drop!! 🥳

Erin Ryan

Askladds ultimate dream is to be the sword and wisdom of the new King Artorius. He saw Thors as a worthy king to follow but Thors refused to be his leader. He is trying to make Canute into a worthy king he can follow

HBelmont67

Aleks Le freaking KILLED IT this episode when Thorfinn went back for Askeladd! 😵

Dominic Sanjay

The end of this season so unbelievably peak, the writing of this show starts getting better from this point onwards and doesn’t stop all the way to the S2 finale.

Beginning of the episode really puts into perspective how strong Askeladd and Thorfinn are, just two absolute demons

HBelmont67

At this point, there's no way Thorkell is fully human. Cause one hand uppercutting a horse that far is freaking INSANE! 🐎💪🏼😵

Quick question Kenny, do you guys have a day you plan to drop the DS trailer ?

HBelmont67

Given how quick he likes some of the questions, my guess is they watched it just now. Maybe it gets released later today or tomorrow?

HBelmont67

I really hope they at least watched to 2nd ending on their own. Cause I don't want skipping endings and openings to become a habit, as season two has some GOOD ones. 🥲

Erin Ryan

This cliff hanger is soooo brutal

Tyler Owens

I’m not exaggerating when I say that I think every single episode of this show is very very good, but I cannot express how incredible the rest of this entire series gets from this episode on. It is in my eyes near perfect and I have not experienced a single piece of media on earth that makes me feel quite the way that it does.

Mortis

Guys please watch the ending songs to. The Vinland saga endings are as good as the openings sometimes better.
