Time to bring up Monatana's favorite problem, the trolley kind. Canute wants to save the vikings and go against God, not minding those caught in the crossfire. Einar and Thorfinn advocate for those caught in the crossfire. What are your thoughts on this and how this exact situation is so similar to AOT?

In season 1 ep 2 Thors said “You have no enemies”. Now in season 2 ep 22 Thorfinn finally understands and says the iconic line “I have no enemies”. What are your thoughts on this moment as well as Thorfinns justification on why he didn’t just beat the guard up?

Even though Thorfinns idea of peace is so much different than Canute, he is still able to admire Canutes ambition. What are your thoughts on this?

Even though Thorfinn was rolling with punches how crazy is it that he was able to take 100 punches from someone so much bigger than him and in the end he’s the last one standing?

Side note: the other English dub for Vinland Saga slightly changed Thorfinn's dialogue in this episode to "I have no enemies at all." It was Aleks Le who fought to keep the EXACT original translation intact in the Netflix dub.

What do you think about Thorfinn's unique views on how wars should be resolved solely by the leaders? Is it just wishful thinking, or could you see it becoming a reality?
