What do you guys think of Thorfinns new look at the end of the episode?

Vinland Saga's core message comes down to the importance of nonviolence and finding ways to avoid needless conflict. How do you feel this moral came across, and do you predict watching this show will make you look at other, more action-oriented anime differently?

Elsa

At the end of this episode, they show all three father figures of Thorfinn. Thors is clearly his ideal. What did Askeladd contribute to Thorfinn’s character? What will Leif contribute?
