in this episode we see the party go on a troublesome journey into the mountains to find a hot spring. Even though stark and frieren both know what is awaiting them they still go through the trouble. What do you think this episode says about doing things with the people you love even if they seem a little foolish or not worth the time to others?

In this episode Frieren says she’s doesn’t know fern very well because she didn’t discover the things herself and that heiter was the one who knew fern well, however Stark says that simply the act of remembering the things she loves is the important part?
