Hope you all are excited for another great month!

Apothecary Diaries will most likely be coming April 14th, but may end up being the 21st, we have a busy month of weddings and will try to film as fast as we can!

We love our current lineup of shows AND you amazing patreon members, thanks for your constant support!

We will be putting out polls to determine what to watch after HxH concludes soon, but the names that come to mind so far are Naruto (original run no filler no shippuden), Black Clover, or Doctor Stone! Feel free to suggest others, we are excited for whatever you all select as our longer form series!

You guys watching black clover would be super awesome, it does suffer a bit from being a weekly animated show with low priority from the studio, so the animation can be quite rough, but it's a show that quite literally only ever continues to get better. Plus the dub is genuinely fantastic, one of my favorite shonen dubs alongside mha and AoT.

Dr Stone just got back into it's 4th season, I really love it and the dub is one of my favourites. Naruto was my first anime so that would also be great :D

I'm putting my vote for Steins; Gate into the hat. Nice, twenty episode series about time travel. The dub is immaculate and makes for a really fun watch. And the protagonist shares the same voice actor as Erwin Smith!

I've watched Black Clover, and I like it well enough. It's pretty fun, with good characters and occasional hype moments. And I'm sure Naruto is considered a classic for a reason. That being said, there's absolutely NO reason Dr. Stone should lose to either of them. That's just more up their alley, and I've been wanting them to take a break from their usual Shonen pallete and start checking out other types of anime.

I'm so happy Apothecary is coming finally. I can't remember if they've talked about mechas not being their thing before but if they're open to it then an AU Gundam would be cool to consider. IBO, WFM, or 00 have great stories.

The Friday shows on Patreon have always been 8-12 episodes ahead of those on YouTube, but since Kenny chose to release Frieren early while Mob Psycho is still going on Saturdays (thx for that), that gap is shortening. Wonder how releases will look, now. 🤔

this channel i guess focuses more on animation/anime but i mean there is alot of live action series to be watched if you havent yet, some that comes to mind: the last of us, severance, one piece live action, a knight of the seven kingdoms, snowfall the list goes on

I personally disagree, I mean he's definitely weird, but i found that as the show goes on, from my memory, his weirdness is either tonnes down, or shown like it actually is without any of the weird undertones, and instead just shows that it's genuine affection, plus he gets a lot of pretty good story moments and his powers are cool.

I will always shoot my shot for Haikyuu with you guys! It’s wholesome, inspirational, and filled with the absolute best characters and story telling! I really think you guys would enjoy it! It would be a nice break from some of the more intense shows you’re watching. And you don’t have to like volleyball or sports to love Haikyuu! Trust! 🧡

If they put dr stone against naruto and black clover I unfortunately predict it's gonna get annihilated all over again 😪 it won second place recently, so i dunno why we cant just get a dr stone reaction. and as much as I like naruto I just can't find myself voting for it knowing that shippuden won't be an option afterwards. That's like reading a book series and stopping halfway through lol it's long though so I get why. Another reason why I think bleach would be a better option. Though naruto with shippuden is like 500 episodes so I totally get why they don't wanna do that

Bleach no filler would be my preference big three wise. Wed be able to watch the entire story without stopping halfway through, (like 200 ish episodes then tybw) unlike with naruto plus shippuden which is like 500+ I think lol which is why I get why theyre not wanting to do shippuden.

I cannot recommend Haikyuu enough! It is known as the best sports anime out there and nothing really comes close! The character dynamics are so incredibly well done.

i’ve seen a few people recommend it but haikyuu always has been and forever will robe of my favorites. It’s a sports anime, so not really super action packed with a cool power system, but it’s still an exhilarating watch and the characters are written beautifully!!!

Long shot but please consider Monster!! It makes for great reactions because of its mystery and twists and is one of the best written pieces of fiction, up there with attack on titan. I would say it has the best written antagonist ever. The dub is incredible too with the MC being played by Liam O'Brian

You could do 1 arc then 1 series so that way you’re still able to watch other shows in that long slot whilst still being able to finish Shippuden at some point

Black Clover. It's long like HxH, but it's a fun ride. They supposedly have a new season coming out sometime this year. Dunno about the date yet though.

To be hero X is so peak, I wish it got more recognition. The dub in particular is great too, I watched it twice, first with the OG Chinese VAs and then in English and they both had great performances.

Like don’t get me wrong, I would love for you guys to react to Naruto, but only reacting to OG is like basically just watching half a series and never finishing. Would rather you guys do Haikyuu or Black Clover or Dr. Stone if you don’t wanna commit to all of Naruto (which is understandable)

One is Daemons of the Shadow Realm, written by the same author as Fullmetal Alchemist, as well as the same animation studio. The second, which just dropped today, is called Witch Hat Atelier. If you enjoyed Frieren, then you will ADORE this series. ✨🔮

I would say My Hero Vigilantes could go on the potential list. It stands up really well story wise and is animated on the level of those final bits of MHA that looked amazing. Out of the ones you listed here though I would for sure pick Naruto.

I'd go against starting with Fate/zero just because it risks giving them the wrong expectations for Fate/stay night. Maybe Kenny and Montana would be fine in that regard but still. Also, Fate/stay night's story is driven by mystery and that gets diminished when you have all the information from Zero

Please react to the anime Beastars 48eps, preferably the dubbed version. I usually prefer subs, but this is a rare case where I think the dub is better and delivers many lines more effectively, especially for the MC. It’s an interesting story about the conflict between herbivores and carnivores in a modern society. A lot of interesting themes and topics come up—things you wouldn’t normally expect in a story about animals. (It’s basically Zootopia, but much deeper and darker.) The cast is complex enjoyable and incredibly well-written, and the same goes for the world-building. It’s easily the best 3D anime in my opinion. The 3D animation isn’t used as a shortcut—it looks amazing, and a lot of care has been put into it there are even some creative 2D scenes sprinkled in. I think it will be a great series for you two to react to and discuss. Genres: Action, Romance Drama,Forbidden love (nothing morally bad), Psychological, Thriller, Mystery/Crime, Tragedy, Comedy, Coming-of-age, etc. Lot of youtubers don't give this a shot because its about animals but trust me it adds to the experience and these characters will feel more human than a lot of amazing characters across fiction
