Erin Ryan

I finally figured out how Machine Head hired Battle Beast, he probably expected omni-man to show up

HBelmont67

Pretty please do a double drop next week. 🙏🏼

Knov or Morel

I always laugh when I remember the voice actor for Machinehead is the same lead actor from Burn Notice

HBelmont67

Titan's powers make him a dollar-store Red Riot. When Kirishima cracks, he'll harden again. When Titan cracks (which takes significantly less effort, mind you), he's boned.

Erin Ryan

I love Invincibles sound track so much. Tom Tom and Crazy by Doechii in the same episode? PEAK

AlfredoFetus

omg yay evil charli xcx is back 2 minutes in

Suplee215

Cecil has a pretty good point this episode. I disagree with his exact solution for it simply befause I dont think any one person should have the power to order every super to kill but thats more a Cecil got too much power issue and anyone else in that government appointed position will be a nightmare. Someone not on the battle field anylzijg data and other things making the call to kill in situations outside of self defense is a decent way to handle it.

Hello

double drop next week!

Suplee215

FYI, that professional fighters needing to register their hands as lethal weapons is an urban legend

HBelmont67

Bringing back the Omni-Man music from 1x2 for the Flaxxan's return was BRILLIANT. 🎶🔥

Knov or Morel

I like to tell myself he has to drink lots of milk and eat rocks to restore his shell hahaha

Knov or Morel

That seems more like a "why" than a "how"

HBelmont67

Seriously, I NEED to see Machine Head's VA in the booth. 🤣🤣 I don't know when the auto tune was added in, but I hope that's how his mic was set up. 🎙️🤖

Sazaraki

Brit's power is he is actually invincible and can't be harmed, but no other power.

Cyan_Sky9135

Yeah its pretty confusing why and or how Rudys machine didnt detect Eves pregnancy🤔

HBelmont67

As an older brother myself, I have a pretty close perspective on Oliver's growth. If MY younger brother eventually gets taller than me (and he's getting there), Imma be heated. 🤣

HBelmont67

I've honestly stopped relying on Rudy for anything anymore. He's too inconsistent with his intelligence.

HBelmont67

Not really. He didn't mean for Liu to be so antagonistic, nor for Mark's brother to get involved. Mark was just in a pissy mood.

Braden Jackson

My best guess on why Rudy didn’t see the baby is that he had the scanner focus on eves powers and the effect they specifically have on her body since she was never pregnant before the data wouldn’t regularly show up my best guess is that he would eventually do a wider scan on her body as a whole and see the baby but was interrupted by the invasion

Braden Jackson

Machine heads va must have the time of his life voicing his character 🤣

Braden Jackson

He probably found battle beast as he was visiting this planet and sold him on the idea that by helping him with jobs he could get him in a room with some of the strongest people the planet had to offer

HBelmont67

Who knows how a Viltrumite fetus with gamma radiation would even look on a sonograph.

Phantom Egg

I think you guys missed it but he DID manipulate Oliver. Oliver arrives and references them as "Rocky Shores incorporated". Titan hired Invincible Inc without them knowing it was him. Theres no way Mark would take their contract if he knew it was Titan. Oliver obviously doesn't have the same context that Mark does about Titan. Titan has used Invincible's need to do good to manipulate Mark and now Oliver over and over to do what he wants. While I don't agree with Mark almost killing him it does make Mark's anger a lot more understandable.

Phantom Egg

I wish they would have been interrupted by the flaxons mid-scan or added a line like "I don't detect any initial signs but we'll do some blood work to confirm." before being interrupted because it doesn't make sense for his machine to be less sensitive to biochemistry than an over the counter pregnancy test.

Rico Perez

Personally I GET why Mark was so instantly on SIGHT with Titan the first time Mark helps him in season 1 he almost got beaten to DEATH by battle beast with Titan then telling him it was ‘just’ business, then last season with Liu and finally the last straw wasn’t Liu getting away im pretty sure it was the fact it was the fact that Oliver would have most likely gotten REALLY hurt if not died had Mark not gotten there when he did all because Titan wanted to have his cake(be a ‘free’ kingpin of crime) and eat it too by being outside the order. Even the posting for the job didn’t MENTION it was liu since oliver and eve when she was told was surprised at so that meant Titan most likely lied on what the job was, he might not have deserved to die but that ass whopping he had coming

Raven

Genuinely very interested for your reaction to 4x4. A lot of people dislike it and call it the most boring episode of Invincible by far, but I disagree. It's not a favorite of mine but I don't really feel it's boring either. It's decent, but I'd be interested to know how you all end up feeling about it.

Juan Solo

Titan wasn't trying to use Mark's need to do good (at least this time). He was counting on Mark wanting revenge on Liu, and using that to his advantage. What Titan failed to understand is that Mark hates him more than Liu. Liu kicked his ass sure, but Titan was the one who caused that in the first place (not to mention the previous time Titan used him he almost got him killed).

Juan Solo

"If you have powers like Mark does, you can't go around beating people up because you're mad at them, or because they've wronged you." This right here is the root of Mark's problems, and it's what led to his and Cecil's fight last season. He wanted Darkwing and Sinclair locked back up because of his own experiences with them, despite the good they had accomplished since then. I'd give Mark a pass here because Titan did just manipulate Oliver into a situation that could've killed him, but he would've killed Titan if Oliver didn't stop him.

Juan Solo

I disagree somewhat. Mark's crashout was more than understandable after what Titan did to him, and Titan did deserve to get his ass kicked for manipulating Oliver (sure he didn't mean for it to be him, but he still used him anyway). The only problem is that Mark wasn't going to stop until Titan was gravel.

Cash1221

Mark sends his little brother to do the job he was supposed to do and it’s somehow titans fault?

Knov or Morel

same hahah,if you ever watched Burn Notice years ago, he is voiced by the lead actor from that show, and his costar was bruce campbell, who also does a voice in invincible and was Ash in the evil dead

Knov or Morel

watch clips of Burn Notice on youtube, he had the snark back then also

Knov or Morel

just picture Battle Beast on Linkedin

HBelmont67

Manipulating is a bit of an exaggeration. Titan never meant for Oliver to get involved, and Mark had zero context for what was going on when he started beating Titan. It was a crappy situation that may have mainly been Titan's fault, but Mark was still out of line.

Juan Solo

Mark clearly didn't know it was Titan who sent the job request (Titan once again manipulating Mark with a fake client name), otherwise he never would've sent Oliver.

Juan Solo

Sure, Titan didn't mean for Oliver to get involved, but he still did manipulate Oliver into fighting Liu (who he saw mess up Mark last season). Mark's not the brightest character in the show, but he had enough context from Eve and Oliver to know that Titan created the situation. Though I do agree that Mark would've crossed the line if Oliver hadn't stopped him.

LuxLoser

Do you guys not see the stars and white streaks of light under the cracks? It seems like a black hole, pulling in pieces of the title card

𝖐𝖆𝖙𝖘𝖚𝖐𝖎 𝖇𝖆𝖐𝖚𝖌𝖔𝖆𝖙

This 👆🏾 lol unintentional manipulation on the first count. Intentional manipulation on the second. And yeah mark was about to wallop titans head back into moon dust 😬 let's not murder him now mark. Thankfully Oliver was able to nip that in the bud.

Cash1221

Again why is he sending Oliver to do his job without any sort of pre evolution of the situation like it makes no sense

Erin Ryan

What was even the plan to put a stop to the flaxans for good cause omni-man destroyed pretty much everything and that didn't stop them. Also why are they so hellbent on taking earth when they immediately grow old and die lol

HBelmont67

I saw someone point out after this episode aired that Eve had to have remade the fetus inside her after she got impaled by Conquest last season. Given we first saw signs of her powers glitching after that fight, she had to have gotten pregnant before the Invincible War. So, when her powers reached their full potential and healed her body, it also healed the unborn child within her. Do you know what this means? Eve RECREATED. LIFE. 🫨

Tbonejones5900

Pretty sure Eve sent him without knowing it was Titan dude.

Alayna Petty

I hate that I sometimes agree with Cecil's thinking. He goes straight to worst possible scenario and tries to avoid it at all costs. This doesn't always lead to good decisions but I can understand where he is coming from, however he has lost the ability to sense what crosses the line.

Mortis

It’s not redirected anger. Titan has fucked Him over 3 times now and this time Oliver almost died because of it. He’s sick of titans shit

Albium

Cecil: let me make the hard decisions mark Cecil’s recent decision being conquest. Which he ignored Donald and told no one else

SWTobito

I love that the show intentionally parallels the visual of Mark beating down on Titan with him beating Angstrom into a stain back in season 2. Really shows how hard Mark has flipped from the person he was just about a season ago.

SWTobito

Titan didn't manipulate Mark whatsoever in season 3. He was very clear about wanting to break out Multi Paul in order to prevent Liu from fucking things up. Mark just didn't listen and lo and behold, Liu went and fucked shit up. Mark almost getting killed by Liu was a direct cause of Mark not bothering to listen to Titan. Hell, Titan even went out of his way to make sure Liu didn't kill Mark.

DCViper

Nolan was right counter…
