I thought they were just drawn in Nekoma and Fukorodani colors, respectively. What makes them unique to those characters?

Kenma is # 5 and Bokuto is # 4 and his uniform has the line under the number

I love that there is a lot of similarities between players in nekoma and karasuno, but its not exactly 1 to 1 for position. Their responsible member is their libero, ours is our back up setter. Kuro the captain of nekoma is a middle blocker and Daichi is a wing spiker. Theres absolutely overlap but theres differences too. Kenma is a quiet gamer, Hinata is the most volleyball pilled boy alive.

You guys they’re cats vs crows bc of their school names. Karasu in Japanese means crow and neko in Japanese means cat. It also is just kind of representative of each team’s playing style. I think you guys are too shonen pilled lol

I like how every team gets a kind of personality style based on the way they play the game. Which makes a lot of sense for high school where players are rarely going to be good at everything, so the teams have to do the same by necessity.

I don’t know how it is in other sports but in hockey the upper class men have paid an extra year of dues that’s why they get a little more respect. It’s the experience I’m not sure if that necessarily weird, I think that is what they are trying to portray here.

The player on Nekoma that keeps blocking Hinata is named Inuoka. Inu means dog. Which i think fits his personality, especially on a team of cats.

Yesss. Inuoka is so awesome. I love when people point out how he fits into the story/his team. As much as I love a certain other character we get introduced to later, it's a shame how he kind of overshadows Inuoka.
