What do you think about Kuvira's backstory? Do you think it justifies her actions throughout this season?

Now that you have finished the season would you guys consider reacting to the voice actors read through of the first chapter of the Korra comics? It takes place immediately after the finale and is a great bookend to the series. There's even a video on youtube where someone overlayed the comic panels over the read through and even animated a part of it.

How do you feel about Korra's journey vs Aangs? Many think they are mirrors of one another. Korra was someone who only ever wanted to be the avatar. Each of her villain's threatened a part of her identity (Amon her bending, Unalok her spiritual connection, and Zaheer her life) and tried to show her that the world didn't need her. She had to learn how to be a compassionate, kind person, not just the avatar. Aang on the other hand, didn't want his avatar hood and ran away from it, ending up in ice, while the world literally burned and cried out for its avatar. He was a kind, compassionate person who had to learn to be the avatar the world needed.

We that the vines were created by Vaatu, and that the weapon Kuvira created use the vines energy. we also know that Vaatu is the one that one the portals between the the physical world and the spirits world. Considering what happend at the end of the epsode do you Vaatu open the portals in the same way?

In a sense, Kuvira did what Aang wished Ozai would have done. Why do you think that is? Was it because of a difference between Kuvira and Ozai as fascist villains, a difference between Korra and Aang’s approaches, or a combination of both?

I personally think, that Kuvira could be better compared to Sozin than Ozai, considering each characters views and Motivations. :)

What do you think of the difference between ATLA and LoK? I've always felt Ang had the classic heroes journey, beat the bad guy save the word and will they be strong enough? While Korra had a verse self journey. What are your thoughts and which did you like more, if you have a preference or just think they aren't comparable?
