Starting to think we’ll need a “literally textbook” counter for this show lol

MagnusVD

I love Montanas different names for all the different titans: rocket titan, and now I think it was emo mermaid titan or something similar to that

karstenj10

One of my favorite quotes in the entire show is from this episode and it is when Marco says, “I’ve come to accept my impending demise. I just- want my death to mean something.” Possibly the most relatable thing anyone would say, by wanting to leave a legacy and to serve a purpose to the world. I find it interesting how Isayama chose Marco to be this sort of symbol of hope this early on and without spoiling… a lot of people often overlook Marco as a character.

This is the episode that I got really hooked to Attack on Titan. It’s story from here on out is nothing short of perfection in my eyes

karstenj10

I’m officially calling “that” Titan as “The Dark Mermaid E-Boy Titan” from here on out 😂

Ci-Ci

Ahh this is best- just got off work and I am exhausted. Gonna go cocoon in my bed and watch this 😅

Thatdumbassrogue

NOOOO I NEED MORE i need her reactions to everything in the next episode so bad😂😂😂

CirithUngol

Lol you guys dont give Armin enough credit for his self sacrifice and stuff. It's tough to have anxiety problems and still be willing to be selfless.

fr0st

Holy shit, Montana is really a genius, like legitimately!

yeah Armin’s easily the bravest one there, and very caring too

Krista Han

I seriously can't wait for the next episode, this one was so good!

Bobby P

This episode is an all time favorite. The punch that changes the world of AoT.

Ayeee what’s good. Been loving One Piece, just posted an update for it today actually.

Joel Miller

Can't wait for 1x8 reaction!

LeFlaneur

What's the release schedule for Patreon? I just can't wait for 1x8 and the rest of the arc.

Whenever they release (not joking/being disrespectful, just whenever they have time to record/edit afaik)

SupremeCai

KENNYYYY That spoiler avoid edit had me dying 😂😂

LeFlaneur

Oh that’s ok I get that, I just thought there was some tentative schedule because they have one for YouTube.

Bukuh

Spoiler avoidance lol, well played.

I feel a Patreon release schedule low key defeats it’s purpose. I plan on releasing episodes to patreon the minute they are done, so that way y’all never have to wait! I will give rough estimates and updates, but know that episodes 8 and 9 could be coming later this week!

I'm new to watching AOT too same as Montana I'm watching it with you guys. My participation it's well kind of like Montana's but maybe the dad is somehow is/has made a injection and chemical to make people in to titans to help fight, so they have a better chance because titan vs. titan= same size but I'm guessing he had to keep it a secret because if others found out (well people be people) some for and some against it, maybe also some human genomes can it while others can't. I got that idea from the dream Erein had and I just watched all 7 episodes today! I love you guys keep up the good work!

Shivam Bansal

I couldn't have held in my laughter at her "crazy theory" haha. Nicely done

ArcaneAnomaly

I just love the detail of the light leaving Mikasa's eyes when she hears Eren is dead. She's already dead inside, and the rest of her actions afterwards are just her seeking death. And then you see the light come back when she remembers Eren's advice to fight to the bitter end.

Leighton Williams

Montana and I were on the exact same page with that prediction, I was thinking the SAME THING and am so glad she said it!

Werrf

Honestly (haven't seen the series yet), I think Montana's onto something. I recall that Eren's father did something to him that involved an injection and the key to the basement. I can't remember what he was saying at the time, but I wonder if whatever was done to him there is what's caused him to become a Titan.

Cassandra Nightshade

Frankly the fact that no one saw the rage of the mermaid emo boi and went...Eren! is unrealistic. Even not knowing that was Eren, it was so obviously Eren like 🤷‍♀️
