Loved your reaction to this episode and I'm soooo excited for the next one. You two are great! :)

Loved the answer to my question 😊 haha yes the former homeschooled psych grad is a very niche category, which is why I was so surprised and delighted that we shared a similar back ground! So cool :) Can’t wait for the next ep! Montana is gonna love that one 😅

"Catra why are you Team Shadowweaver". A life time of emotional abuse and manipulation mainly and abandonment issues that Adora leaving set off. This is why I go "really?" whenever people call this show light hearted.

myownzinger

yaaaay oh i'm so excited for princess prom

Chelle

Next episode is definitely Top 3 of the season, can’t wait to see what you guys think of it

Early developmental psych grad Montana is finally getting a taste of the dynamics and situations this show offers in terms of complex relationships. Things only get more intriguing from here!

God i can't wait for next episdoe

Suggested new counter category: "Let me talk to my therapist about this next week" Counter

I'd even say Catra's less team Shadow Weaver and more just team Catra. Who, with zero support system and healthy coping mechanisms in the Horde, still thinks bringing Adora back will solve her problems, not knowing what she would be bringing her ex-friend back to.

agreed. I just am being overly cautious of spoilers a bit so also trying to make everything I say super relatable to episodes that already happened. Not that I think what you said is a spoiler, I just couldn't find a way to type anything about the Catra/Shadowweaver dynamic without future context.

totally get it! I was struggling too, it's weird talking around things this interconnected lol I just try and stay away from things someone couldn't come to a conclusion to with the info given in the episodes Kenny and Montana have seen.

Suplee215

same. especially with the episodes coming up though I am so waiting for this. I can't wait to revision the Adora vs Catra conversation they had at the end of the season. I think Catra's skillset is about to show.

ufff. At the end of the show we will have "Let me talk to my therapist about this: #65196541616"

This reaction is exactly why I wanted so much for you to see this show: the opportunity to unfold how deep "Shera" is about the relationships between the people who raise us and those who love us.

I can only envision this ending with the Therapist either showing up on screen or making their own youtube to analyze the show.

I loved your reaction! Can't wait for the next 2 episodes

Shoutout to Bow for always being the best friend. He's always reassuring, calming and trying to support everyone. Even in this episode alone, he's like will doing something more relaxing help or we can get you something to punch if you'd prefer that. He's trying so hard to do whatever is comfortable for Adora. And he's always the first to realise he's not been a good friend and apologise. Best boy, Bow.

Sunset

If you think about it really is Catra team Shadow Weaver or does she just really want Adora back regardless of what happens to Bow and Glimmer?

Frederique

I have loved so much of your content, and I am glad I took the annual subscription, but if that was the price to see Montana's analysis of gas-lighting, I would still pay. That was an amazing piece! Thank you for the great times! It's amazing to be a small part of this!

Macayla Cody

My personal opinion is that the "wings" on Glimmers shoulders are birthmarks, letting everyone know that she is a descendant of an angelic being.

Castaspella’s guised gaslighting and manipulation is smth that most Asian, Arab and African aunts/moms/uncles/fathers have in common. So I found that trait to be both uncomfortable but also relatable

only curious ... why are there two Shook Counter(s), first with 32 counts and second with 4 counts?

JHB
>>65580905

Pretty simple: because I messed up and didn't combine them. Corrected "Shook Counter" = 36.
