start with FOR KENNY to ask me something specifically

Tyler Hardin

At the beginning of the episode Berthold asks Reiner “are you a soldier or a warrior?” And later Ymir mentions “getting gobbled up by one of your warrior friends” who and or what do you think these warriors are? FOR KENNY Now knowing that Ymir is from Marley, what were your original theories as to her story?

Marcb92

Ymir mentions being in titan form for 60 years before eating Reiner and Bertholdt’s friend and then she turned back into a human. Bertholdt asks if she remembers eating the friend and she says no. Bertholdt assumes Reiner and Eren don’t remember either. Based on Ymir’s story and Bertholdt’s assumption, what theory do you have about the human-titan connection?

After seeing Connie’s mom and Ymir’s story, do you have any new theories on the titans and their origin?

FOR KENNY With all the knowledge and context gained in season 3 (Ymir's Contract with the Devil, etc.), how was it rewatching this episode in particular? :)

How do you feel about the change in conflict from 'Man vs. Nature to 'Man vs. Man'?

For Kenny: Up to this point, I’ve noticed that you have a very negative view of the Marleyan warriors. Now that you’ve seen Ymir’s backstory and how she falsely claimed to be a descendant of the founding Titan Ymir (aka a reincarnation of the devil from the Marleyans point of view), do you believe the government are justified in taking such extreme measures of purifying the Eldian “devils” into titans? A follow-up question if you’re interested: Why do you think the Marleyan government would take such a HUGE gamble of turning Ymir into a Titan if she claimed to be of royal blood? (Keep in mind that the founding Titan becomes the coordinate when they come in contact or possess royal blood [Eren touching Dina {Titan form}, the Reiss family, and Eren touching Historia are some examples] Furthermore, remember when Grisha tried to save his wife, Dina Fritz, from being transformed into a Titan by mentioning she was of royal blood? This risk is the reason why the Marleyan Government may have hesitated and why Grisha brought it up) … sry this was wayyy too long, if you use this, you don’t have to say it all. It was just to help give you some more context 😅

Do you think what we learned about the titans will complicate how Eren feels about them?

karstenj10

During this episode, Ymir threatens both Reiner and Bertolt by claiming that she had the advantage for a number of reasons. How do you feel about the way battles are evolving? At first it was all about learning to fight titans and now it’s slowly molding into a Titan vs Titan battle. Unrelated to the question but I love how titans like Reiner, Bertolt, Eren, Annie and Ymir all have their own strengths and weaknesses, Ymir made this clear when she mentioned her titans agility and quickness would be more powerful under the given circumstances. It really shows that even those these “special” titans are significantly stronger than normal titans, they can still be outsmarted and outplayed if strategized against well. Just something I find rly cool haha

What do you suppose did Reiner mean with "If Eren is not the Coordinate"? Do you think Erens Power is somehow special or different compared to the other Titans?

Meuchler4D

-Do you have any theories on the Titans Origin, their Purpose and most importantly their differences (Poatoe, Abnormal and Shifters/ Controlled Titans), after seeing Ymirs backstory and the mystery in Connies Villge and what are your thoughts on "Who the real enemy is"? For kenny: Did you notice New hints in Ymirs backstory and the conversations between her and Berthold, that you didnt see before?

After this episode, everyone was either completely confused, or they were finally been able to start understanding stings better, if only a little. Which category would you say you fall more into?
