Content

This is just an open post to comment any thoughts for improvements/new ideas for the channel/Patreon to look into! We are incredibly busy right now, so anything new may take time, but I would like to hear from you all! Also, thanks for supporting Montana through her med adjustment period! It’s still ongoing, but the support from you all means the world!

Jiraiya The Gallant

if you’re looking for more show ideas i recommend Danmachi / Sword Art Online / Haiykuu

Krista Han

New ideas...? Maybe you guys could start the Avatar and Korra comic book readings soon? ^^

So happy Montana is feeling a little bit better! Have you all considered reaction requests? (Where you could potentially add a separate tier and if someone has a reaction request, they pay for that tier for a month and send you a show and the streaming platform for you to record your reaction to the first episode or two? If you actually enjoy the show, you could do a poll to see if people want you to react to the first season of the show. That could be interesting?

So I know you’re really busy and just starting to get back into routine but if you have the time and energy, I’d love to see the vlog and/or gaming content return. Your reactions are still my favorite form of content from you both, but I also enjoyed the vlog and gaming content. Because of you 2 and your reactions, your channel already offers a unique experience we love but I feel if that experience was expanded upon it would be received positively

Aleph Sharp

I think increased discussion & thoughts time at the end of episodes would be really cool and add to the amount of interesting discussions yall could have

Suplee215

You've done this somewhat informally but after every season either a live or just a video answering questions about the season and show in general.

Jimmy lujan

If the edits limit how many shows you can watch at once, maybe do the edits on shows you’ve seen and are showing Montana and no edits on shows neither of you have seen so you can watch and post more

Scott Svensson

If you are interested in a short series to watch, Helluva Boss is just about to finish its first season. There are only 8 episodes, 12 to 24 minutes long. It's super funny and available free on YouTube

I like this too, like maybe youtube keeps the 3 question discussion but here on patreon we get a few extra exclusive questions

This ^, this ^ a thousand more times this ^. The Avatar and Korra comics/graphic novels are excellent and are great continuations of the shows. As a side note the Kyoshi novels are good too for when not working on the channel.

I think this may be a good idea because it isn’t hard to see how many of thousands of show suggestions they get that they need to narrow down into a poll. I feel if this “suggestion tier” were to have like a one submission limit per person it would be much more manageable and make it so they aren’t overwhelmed with options. Plus they would get to pick a show based on their enjoyment of the pilot/ep 1 rather than popular vote. Just a possible concern would be if people started to feel excluded from participating in this process

OMG Helluva Boss is a crazy laugh riot! And since it's on youtube, you don't have to worry about copyright issues

I think limiting edits might be a good idea but to give edits to some shows and not others might make it same like the non edited show isn't cared for as much. Just my 2 cents.

I would say like a schedule could help for Patreon posts to keep track of when you’re posting when Montana gets back

Karston James

Like an official list of shows. Like as Google doc. Just so we can see what your considering. Maybe even a big poll so u can gauge interests.

Karston James

Somone suggested increased discussions. Perhaps for the patreon. I do feel sometimes your discussions are to short and u just jump straight to questions.

So I’ve thought about this, but the issue with that is it destroys the great thing about Patreon, which is that I post whenever I’m done editing the second I’m done, which really depends on when I get it done, and I don’t want to have to deal with meeting scheduled deadlines if that makes sense. Open to suggestions tho!

Karston James

I think that may be you guys could get a more consistent pateon drop schedule. I understand that it is dependent on your filming and editing restrictions. Sometimes it just feels like we get a great drop but have to wait weeks for the next drop. Obviously present situation with Montana's health is complety understandable. It feels like you get a head on videos but then youtube catches us up before we get another drop. However, I'm just happy to have your content at all. Really enjoying your journeys through Korra and Aot. Look forward to you guys doing My hero. Man there are so many great shows for you to watch. Your not going to run out of content any time soon. Glad things are looking up for Montana and your updates have been very welcome 🙏

The issue with a schedule for Patreon is it will limit the content yall will see. I post to patreon the MOMENT I’m done editing, and a schedule defeats that purpose, and adds stress tbh.

I know you guys are mainly a reaction channel and I don’t want that to change, but I enjoyed watching you play fnaf and so I think it’s be cool if we got to occasionally see you guys playing games, either video games or card/board games, like just for fun 😇

Jenny D

I remember a few months ago you mentioned possibly starting The Owl House! I know it’ll be a while before you finish She-ra and AOT, but it’d be so cool if you did TOH after one of them.

Easyspice99

Maybe do an MCU watch along on Patreon? That’s a big ask tho so understandable if you’re not up for it. But I reckon maybe doing some vlogs and other stuff where you guys do arts and crafts, or try new things, anything your comfortable with.

Lucas Barros

I would like to mention that I like the idea of doing less edited reactions like the Arcane one (for the “less wanted” shows) if that means we get more content along with the edited reactions we already have. But I'm only onboard if that means we get both of you on the video. That said, I want to clarify that I'm not trying to complain about the Arcane reaction being solo because I understand very much the whole question with Montana's mental health and how that is way more important. Just wanted to give my opinion on the matter of the less edited reactions in case you guys decide to keep doing them.

I have two: one is that y'all pause the show if you want to have a quick chat. I notice sometimes you can miss lines because you're having a chat or a laugh, which is cool but you may miss stuff for some plot heavy shows. The second idea is that aside from the three questions at the end, the verdict should have some more general thoughts, if you have any, aside from the stuff in questions. I'd love to hear your own thoughts on characters, if you're enjoying it, and general thoughts on the developments or characters if you have any, even if they were not explicitly asked.

Belle M

I agree with Misha asking for general thoughts about the ep alongside questions. However I get this would make filming and editing longer so it's really your guys' choice! (As everything should be really)

Totally agree with the pausing when talking. Some important or hilarious lines are super quick and easy to talk over.

calcifer

I’d love to hear you both talk more during the discussion section at the end. I don’t know if that would mean reading any questions you find compelling or discussing more things that no one asked. Either way, your insights and predictions are the best part

Stephen Richard

So idk how hard the editing process is so if this makes things more difficult maybe wait til you guys can get an editor but maybe limit the pauses and discussions during the show to just one? Like when there’s a natural commercial break to discuss halfway through. And then when you edit just cut out the moments where you don’t talk much/when there isn’t anything too interesting during the show?? I know this is how other reactors work and idk if you guys are making the decision to be different and unique or if it’s just how you guys started since it started as us all watching Montana watch shows we already watched. Again this may lead to harder editing but I thought it may make passing the copyright restrictions easier? It would also allow for the flow of the show for you guys to be better by just stopping it once for a discussion rather than 3-5 times a show. Just my 2 cents but I do love what you guys are doing!! Glad Montana is feeling better

Jenny D

Oh another show recommendation I have if you haven’t seen it yet is Harley Quinn! It’s so damn funny!

emelsi

I think one or both of you doing a playthrough of some truly narrative games / interactive movies like Five Dates, Life is Strange, Late Shift, The Complex, etc would be cool - I like those games but I'd dig watching you guys play em.
