Enjoy! I am working on Shera and Converting videos for youtube for the next few days, and will let you know when I will be editing episode 2! We are now 6 episodes away from Montana and I beginning to blind react together for the rest of this show! I have not seen Season 4, Episode 8, so we're almost there!

I'm so ready for Kenny to not know what's happening. His need to make sure Montana misses 0 hints is starting to finally bother me....

Josh Viz

Kenny bro you were so good at letting Montana blind react and letting her piece together the info presented to her but now I guess you're getting overexcited? Telling her constantly what's happening on screen as it's happening on screen is so... *people begin parachuting off the plane* "theres people parachuting off the plane" thanks Kenny I think we can all see that bro. And explaining things to her 10 seconds before the show explains it to her "due to advancements in technology they are defeating the titans easily thats the trade off with modern times" *Reiner proceeds to explain exactly that* Im not going to list everything thats bothering me that would be rude the series has been long over already it is what it is. It's just I toked up before starting this season and I'm getting annoyed easily I think... he isnt straight up spoiling anything but the slip ups are just disappointing after he adamantly did so much better before 😔😔😔😔

Néo

oh this is gonna be so good!

RandomRandomly

Noooooooooooo!!!! I gotta wait for 1080p I wanna watch the reaction RN!!!! *edit* the pain of waiting is less knowing Kenny, or possibly Montana, saw my post lol. **edit** reason for me waiting for 1080p is my everything is set to 4K so anything less then 1080p hurts my soul

Tyler W

Season 4 hype! And can’t wait to see blind reactions from both of you😁

MagnusVD

only just started the reaction but I loved Montana's Kenny impression in the beginning :)

KariNull

So excited. Been waiting for this

Zak Moran

Especially considering how empathetic Montana is towards Catra, I'm surprised she doesn't view manipulation and indoctrination as reason enough for the Eldians to fight for Marley. Very excited to see how that develops over the course of this arc :)

ggm334

I didn't know Maggath's voice in dub was Madara Uchiha lol...

ajams22

Starting S4 just in time for the dub of the new episodes to drop this weekend 🤩

Coby

By the way those people who parachuted out of the plane are apparently Disabled or Mentally ill Eldians unsuited for any actual work. Which is why they all look a bit off with their facial expression.

Chelly
>>77542666

Also just Eldians that were deemed untrustworthy, like those that might be tied to the Restorationists. I think they were making weird faces because they’re about to be turned into monsters and are just horrified by that

Rory Fitz

The only thing I ever am picky about is when they go wrong with the plot and/or character development. Like with game of thrones for example. But even then, it usually has to be a pretty huge betrayal of the established story for me to be upset.

Wildwolfrider

Love your reactions and analysis as always, can't wait for more of season 4 also as something fun to watch on the side I suggest having a look at aot junior high just as something you don't need to take as seriously and have fun with when you have the time.

Justice Hastings

PSA Announcement: Episodes 63 and 70 have post credit scenes

Jon Wake

Colonized peoples have fought for their conquerors since time immemorial. Hell, the British Empire exploited that for a hundred years.

Angel Hernandez

Y’all should watch My Hero Academia next

Ci-Ci
>>77540236

I think she may come to that as she sees more of the workings of Marley. This episode is kinda a mindfuck coming out of season 3, so I think it’s just a lot to wrap ur head around.

Deebus
>>77540236

Just goes to show how strongly she identifies with our main cast from the island. Excited to see her point of view as the episodes go on

Madara_Uchiha_2022

Also Kenny if you put subtitles on you’ll get the information that this series shows you

John Victor Oak

The world doesn't hate Eldians because of 9 titans or because of Marley, it's been established already that the world sees them a race of devils who can turn into titans and the fact that they ruled the world before and might do it again. Everybody hates them, Marley hates them and use them, that's the only difference.

John Victor Oak

Also, the thing that montana asks since the end of the last season: "Why do Eldians fight for Marley" I mean, for the same reason that any subjugated people fought for their ruling empire throughout history. Not only propaganda, but they are the ruling power. African countries fought for their rulers (Britain, Italy, France, Germany, etc) during World War 2, Japanese and German puppet states fought for their opressors, World War 2 as well.

GoT is my villain origin story, But for real I’m in the same boat as you; they have to fuck up pretty bad for me to be upset about it

Ghost Turty

Surprised that she didn’t notice the CGI! It’s definitely more apparent later though. But MAPPA did a good job overall with it. They do it even better in Part 2.

JennatheBreadQueen

Ahhhh so so good!!!! And I’m completely on the boat with you guys as far as pickiness goes. If the storytelling is good, then I’m happy

Snail

I was smiling this whole reaction and can’t wait for the the next one 😭😭😭 you guys are the sole reason I get my cardio done at the gym

Zak Moran
>>77540236

Oh Im Sure she will, even in this episode her view of Reiner and Zeke has begun to change. I'm just excited to see how she takes it all in

Tyler Jacobs

Love these reactions. The continued analysis of these characters and their actions gives me life. Can't wait for more, would love for y'all to see FMAB next.

Timmy Kuff

Love these!! I can't wait to see more shera and attack on titan. ITS PRIME TIME!!!

GoldenGirlJay
>>77543564

As much as I'd love to see them watch MHA I think it's best they watch something else and give MHA some time to finish (or get close to finishing) before they start it.

fr0st

Yess, we're finally in this season. So many interesting things will be revealed, super keen to see your reactions to them. Also I enjoy that Montana is still asking a lot of questions about motivation. They'll become clearer as we move forward with more of the Marley Eldians but it's great to see the gears spinning away, possibly into theoryland. :D

Emily MacDonald

It'll be great to hear what you guys have to talk about once montana catches up to kenny and you don't have to worry about spoilers anymore. I definitely think you guys should start full metal alchemist: brotherhood next. I haven't finished it, I'm watching through it right now, but I really like it so far and it seems like something you would both enjoy and have a lot to talk about each episode.

Nicolas Rage

No spoilers, but the opening theme for season 4 part 2 goes so fucking hard. Easily my fave opening

moss

“The intro said gay rights” lol

Zach Feifel

I know that I commented this on another post and I apologize but in case you missed it. I have a series idea for you guys after Attack On Titan. It's called "The Legend of Vox Machina". It's an adult animated series on Amazon Prime. It stars Travis Willingham, who has provided voices in many things Legend of Korra is one example. Laura Bailey, known for voicing Abby in TLOU2. Ashley Johnson, known for voicing Ellie in TLOU franchise. Grey Griffin, who most notably voiced Azula in ATLA. And Matthew Mercer, the voice of the man who gets Montana hot and riled, Captain Levy

Belle M
>>77549176

As someone who knows how it ends I would be so psyched to see them react to it! :D

Solace

oh yes as Kenny mentioned almost at season 4 episode 8, so beyond exited!

Taizen

It's kinda funny how you mention Studio Mappa worked their butts off for this season, considering how last year it came out how abysmal their working conditions are at the studio. I know that's kinda par for the course for a Japanese company. Japan is pretty infamous about having an atrocious, toxic corporate work culture. With a lot of companies, working yourself to exhaustion is seen as a good thing. Some people have actually worked themselves to death. There's even a word for these companies: Burakku Kigyō (Black Companies/Corporations). It's terribly unfortunate, and I feel bad that so many animators over there have to suffer so much for our entertainment. Luckily, there are some anime studios that do prove you don't need to work your employees to the bone to produce amazing anime, luckily. Kyoto Animation is well known for treating their employees very well while still putting out breathtaking shows and movies.

Liz

Plz plz do FMAB im so excited

Colin

death note or hunter x hunter

An Te

My hero academia is a great anime with a great dub as well

Marcelo

I hope FMAB wins for next show. Also looking forward to Kenny's blind reactions. After watching atla and this show so far I want to see how the dynamic changes when he is going in blind now as well. There are also so many great moments in season 4 but my personal favorite episode is the children of the forest episode.

Ricardo Lopez

Definitely Fullmetal alchemist brother hood come on

Mya

kenny- there is our boy! riener! montana- not our boy! hate him kenny- UHHHHH YES OF COURSE BABE U RIGHT....TOOTTTTALLLYY WAS JOKING lmaooooo loved that small interaction XD

Justin Spencer

Ew the way they pronounce her name in the dub is so gross

katherine

I vote fullmetal alchemist brotherhood. My follow-up recommendation is Fruits Basket 2019! It's soo good!

Anthony Vargas

I think y’all should go with FMA brotherhood

Coby

Death note would be a joy

The Brooklynite

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood has my vote for the next series to watch

Peter Film
>>77560416

Wit also to my knowledge which was my main gripe not the animation or CG but the production committee decided to go with a cheaper studio that worked staff to the bone to save money for their popular anime.

Peter Film
>>77543176

Let me introduce you to the universally disliked final chapter of Attack on Titan, hey some people like it tho and i won't explain why cause spoilers but if that sorta thing upsets you, brace.

Peter Film
>>77544381

A very easy and toxic comparison is to Nazis, however that's an ideology while eldians are a race with blood, they basically, to my dum understanding (cause i watched this as a teen) view Eldians the same way we view people who still use that flag, representing that past history. That's why they always say my ancestors and such they don't hate current eldians but their ancestors were so evil it still is pained today.

Nimbus

The fact that they use suicide squads and fake wounds to win, which are both grade A war crimes just solidifies for me how f****d up the morals of Marley are. Oh and of course using CHILDREN IN A WAR.

Bogdan Turda

I think Fullmetal Alchemist and Death Note are both great, but you should react to a show that have great rewatch value. So you should react to Attack on Titan again...

Haorii

Will you upload two Shera episodes instead of AoT soon? Because you will catch up the show before it is ending with that awesome pace 😍😍 looking forward to your blind reaction together

dan bissell

the top two OPs belong to this season

Pesa

Will you be reacting to Levi's OVA backstory?

Jozie 3690
>>77740817

Kenny (alone) reacted to part 1, i haven't seen part 2... it takes him a long time to do the ova's for reasons he explains in the video. posted on patreon on DEC 25, 2021. it's between AoT 3X2 & AoT 3X3 for me

Ben Sarchett

My vote goes to Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood

HamboneKablooey

Whoa this is so weird. I started watching sub for season 4, so I've never heard most of these voices in English! I can't wait to see y'alls reactions to the rest of the season. If we're casting votes, mine goes for Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood all the way!

a. tree

Montana: "I'm hoping we get to see our favorites" The Favorites: *don't show up for the whole first half of the arc*

Christopher González Rivera

I just followed you the entire series to watch you react to this season 🤣 finally. I love you guys

Nigel Douglas

i'm surprised kenny didn't say alot about how all the titans were CGI lmao

karstenj10

I’m finally watching your season 4 reactions and the intro is really symbolic through its colors. The bombs and weapons are all colored while the soldiers are plain. This is to emphasize how war/violence makes humanity seem insignificant due to hatred for one another (AoT world of course)

rezerva1

FMA:B has my vote
