Levi is not part Hizuru like Mikasa lol, he's an Ackerman. He's related to her on her father's side because her father is her Ackerman side, her mother is from Hizuru, so Levi has no relation to Hizuru

To answer your question Kenny on why the Azumabitos never mention Levi being of royalty is because he isn’t. Mikasa’s mother is a descendant of the Azumabito clan, making her a royal, while Mikasa’s father was an Ackerman. Mikasa is a descendant of 2 clans of great power. Love the reaction & hope you’re recover well from the surgery

I feel like it should be stated having seen both sub and dub now eren seems more vague in his portrayal here where as he seemed more villainous in the sub. I was completely floored watching him in sub here he’s more of an enigma.

A lot of people in fiction are modeled after bad people. That does not necessarily make the anime or character bad nor does it glorify his actions. It's a simple inspiration for a design that Isayama took to model a specific character and that's all.

Okay guys, Mikasa is half asian-half white. Her mother was from the nation of Hizuru, the Azumabito clan, and her father was an Ackermann, and was white. Levi's mother was an Ackermann but his father is unknown, but he is white. He has no relation to Hizuru, so he is not involved.

I personally think you guys should watch deathnote first. I believe that FMAB fits the themes of both AOT and Deathnote pretty well, so watching FMAB after would be best.

It's interesting that Kenny is expanding his Yelena thinks titans are gods theory to include all titan shifters. I'll remind you, Kenny (no spoilers) that Yelena only said Eren is like a god because he has the founding titan. The other shifters do not meet the criteria by that definition. Zeke's monke titan is close to the founder in power, as we heard before, which is why he would technically meet this definition (and would explain why she seems so loyal to Zeke, at least as far as Onyanopon sees).

And yeah, a lot of people said this in another reaction's comments but Mikasa is Hizuru from her mom's side and Ackerman from her dad's side. Levi is not Hizuru, just an Ackerman.

their pridections impress me to the point where my subcounsios envy, in that moment comprimises my inner diologue to a unlogical and jelous state that i just wanting to dismiss their inttelect and preception with the lazy conclusion that they are already aware of whats to come with in the story. that being said , im also introspective enough, THANK GOD to realize it and be that much more impressed by the substance of their reactions/analysis of these stories!.

Eren’s berserker mode in the anime is canon though. At least to the anime because it literally happened lol. The anime and manga are obviously different versions of the same story, so the manga doesn’t dictate what is and isn’t canon to the anime if the anime chooses to diverge. I just find it weird how some fans treat it.

it might not feel this way sometime since its hard not to view them as still trainees but whenever Hange isnt in the room, Connie, Jean, Mikasa and Armin are the highest ranking member's in the entire regiment

I kind of forgot about it happening at all to be honest lol. I never read the manga so at the time I was thinking it was some unique thing that only Eren’s Titan could do because I didn’t know Hardening wasn’t unique to the Female Titan. I’m not super deep in the community to know what other fans feel about it, but to me, looking back at it; it DOES seem like a kind of weird stylistic thing to have done, but like you said, it didn’t really add to or subtract from anything, (as far as I know anyway) AND they never brought it up again since that time. So. Eh? I guess? Lol

@kenny, the reason levi isn't being mentioned by the azumabito is I think because he is fully an akermman while Mikasa is half akermman, half oriental/asian. Her mom was the asian side and she is from the same group/tribe as the azumabito. I might have gotten this wrong but that is how I understood it this whole time. It was mikasa's dad who was an akermman.
