Demon Slayer Update: (Patreon)

Content

Hello everyone! Just wanted to clarify that our plan right now is to watch most all of the YouTube videos coming out for the next month (FMAB 8-16, Arcane 1-2) and post those to Patreon asap in order to get back to being around 6-7 episodes ahead for the main series we’re doing on YouTube.

After that, which will finish filming today, we will watch a few Demon Slayer episodes and post them to Patreon! We will keep you posted when we film those episodes (probz later this week/early next week), but Demon Slayer is half priced for a reason. We’re gonna try to do it as a bonus series but we’ve never done 3 shows at once, so the upload schedule doesn’t have a clear picture yet, and I will keep you all posted whenever I figure out more about that! Stay tuned, and hope you all are excited for content soon!

Best,

Kenny

As long as you guys react to it and spoil us with it, I'm happy, no matter the schedule 😊

I was under the impression demon slayer was going to be one of the main series that would be getting done over the other ones? Did I misunderstand? But honestly as long as you watch it, I am happy. I am very excited to listen to you guys analyze and breakdown certain characters and moments in the show. I am hoping that they get around to doing TTIGRAS or even Overlord because of how they analyze things.

You should try That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime since all S2 are out including OVAs and Slime Diaries and the Film is released in Fall 2022 and The Misfit of Demon King Academy and it’s also getting a S2 as well and I feel like the two of you will 100% enjoy it and I would love to see your reactions to it.

I think they said they chose FMAB as the series replacing AoT, but they liked Demon Slayer so much (when they tried it out by watching two episodes) that they were considering doing both. Then the Demon Slayer episode that they put on YouTube got a copyright strike, so they decided to make it a Patreon exclusive reaction.

I was wondering, is demon slayer going to be plain like most of the uncuts or will it have counters and stuff like that? Grateful either way

hmmm. I could have sworn they said kny got chosen over fmab and would be filmed twice a week. "There are only 31 episodes so we will go through it quickly." Regardless, Im excited to see them react to both. Im just trying to figure out when to work watching time into my busy schedule is all. I like to watch them as they are posted so I can talk in the comments and stuff

Ok... waiting for the Arcane reaction on patreon 😊😊😊

Whenever you guys have time to post Demon Slayer, I’m totally chill w! I’m sure 3 shows is super over whelming! 💕

Thanks for the update! Definitely love Demon Slayer and the reactions so far. I also want you two to feel like you can prioritize what feels right for you, too. Obviously, we need the two of you to be able to support yourselves in order for content to continue!

I should have just waited until you guys finished instead of subscribing so early in the series. Oh well I'll take the L this month...

Why the hate ? What’s wrong with subbing this first month? What would you use instead ? A meal at McDonald’s instead of supporting this young incredible engaged couple ? It sucks that gotta wait longer for each episode but I’m okay with that , I love the content and I understand they are human. They haven’t done this much at once before and are trying to get the feel for it and see what will work smoothly and what won’t . Kenny & Montana , I genuinely enjoy what you guys are doing and me including all the others are thankful!

they may just not have any money, are younger and this is all they could afford. i mean its ok to be upset, nothing wrong with that. its not hate but expressing themselves. im sure quite a few people are upset they wont get to see their show up. some just wanna voice it. Not everyone can be pleased though and thats ok. tbh it is a good idea just to wait till all eps are posted but i cant. i love watching these every week instead of at once.

They filmed the "this show won" intro for both shows, since they were recorded before all the results (particularly YouTube) were in. So if you watched the first episode of either KNY or FMAB, you'd have seen the intro implying that show won. But really, KNY was posted to YT privately for a test and got the channel its first copyright strike, so FMAB won (for YouTube) by default, and KNY was made a Patreon exclusive (and lower priority).

Love demon slayer! So excited for more reaction videos. Thank you guys ! Hope you are having a good July

Oh look DS fans being rude and entitled aha. Glad to see Patreon, Twitter, Youtube it's all the same. Although most series have fans like this lol.

The phrase "There are only 31 episodes so we will go through it quickly" is something i remember to have read too but regardless of that to prioritize a discounted service over another which gives you double the income per sub is financially retarded so i don't blame them at all.

I post this more as reassurance: you made it abundantly clear Demon Slayer was not in the main rotation. It is a side series being posted exclusively to Patreon as a benefit to Patreon members. Definitely don't let people pressure you into releasing those at a level you weren't already intending do - you did them a favor by continuing it at all and not just going with Fullmetal as soon as you were aware of the copyright issues. We appreciate y'all, even if some people misunderstood the dynamic here.

Lol I’m still salty about death note 🤣🥺

Popping on here to say that maybe you should have a pinned FAQ type post with the latest updated info instead of it being spread across various posts. I do see people getting confused if they saw an older video and then rejoined patreon now between what is happening so it would be good to have a common questions and their answers definitive list somewhere

@Jacob This channel is expensive as it is. I usually subscribe for early access to other channels but 20 bucks is crazy, that's more expensive by a lot than most channels. I just wait on youtube for those to drop but since DS is not there I subscribed, I thought we would get regular DS drops for the 10 bucks a month like I spend on the other channels. That's not going to happen here. They said since its "half off"... They won't focus on it that much...
