As an European, earing you debating about führer is kinda frustrating and funny cause the name is so telling of what kind of character he is.. Especially when you talk about him starting a genocide 😅

Russell Gambardella

“My main problem with that theory is that he seemed kind of like a dick in that conversation” lmao

***Potential Spoiler?*** The thing Father drank from Greed's body was the philosopher stone. Only reason I point it out is because Dr. Marco showed us a liquid-like stone in the first few episodes, and the colour is the exact same. That's why it was "distilled" using that machine.

Hearing your theories based on this episode is fascinating. Love that you're loving the show. This is the point that I really got hooked on FMAB when I first watched it and in my opinion it only gets better from here

i haven't seen or read FMA before so this is also a theory from my part but Wrath said "the eldric brothers and their teacher are suitable candidates for a sacrifice" and you were wondering why and saying it didn't make sens that one soul could be worth more than another Well the main thing those three have in common is that they're the only 3 characters we know who've seen Truth ... so perhaps the difference between a true philisopher stone and a knock off one like the priest used is that the true ones contain the soul of an alchemist who saw Truth and absorbed all of the knowledge of alchemy and the universe at one point !

Also there was a shot when Warth was at the teacher's bedside where it zoomed in on his "perfect eye" just before leaving, so maybe his eye allows him to scan someone's soul or something like that ? And that's maybe how he firgured out that the teacher comitted the tabou

i am loooovvvvinnng this!!!

Please continue referring to the person as Father as if it were your mutual dad. The comedy potential is through the roof here. xD

Y'all may have seen the comments clarifying this already but just in case: the Fuhrer is his title, King Bradley is his name, so he's not The King, just the Fuhrer. Although ngl Fuhrer-King sounds like a really cool title to have.

yeah, from Montana's reaction, it looked like she thought it was blood or human remains distilled down when it looks absolutely identical to the liquid version of the philosopher's stone Dr Marcoh showed us before.

Oh, a fun little thing to catch is that we explicitly heard Armstrong et al saying they would not report Alphonse's body situation to the higher ups but mysteriously, the perfectly normal human Fuhrer knows there is someone who is not Al inside his armour and that shoving a sword in there will not kill Al.

deadass i didn't realise this until the very end of the show..... i felt so stupid... i was like "i wonder what his first name is" and then i remembered a character saying it was 'king' and i felt dumb for that going over my head lmfao

It's a very weird first name so absolutely understandable, I think. Who would name their kid King :D

JennatheBreadQueen

So when my dad grew up during the heyday of the Loony Toons type cartoons. When he was like 10 or say he fully convinced himself that if he jumped off the roof with an umbrella he would float down. tried it, obviously didn’t work i’m not advocating for this mans intelligence by any means i’m just saying montana has a point

Mortis

Bradley is a cold focused fury not a wild impulsive explosion of anger.

Andrew G

I live for the theories you guys have mid episode lol

I've always said that Tom and Jerry, and the Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote cartoons were always the most violent things I've seen on TV. Obviously, very cartoony, but at the same time, they should die about 9 to 10 times per episode.

Calvin

A little tidbit of importance for you guys. Some episodes continue their story through the end credits and some episodes have an after credits scene. Keep an eye out for that.

To be specific, the episodes that have a post credit scene are: 6, 8, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 36, 40, 42, 43, 44, 46, 48 and 49. And it's not exactly a post credit scene, but episodes 45, 54, 63, and 64 each have an exclusively different outro.

Pyrus

In the sub his full name is Pegasus J. Crawford but in the dub he has an even cooler name: Maximillion Pegasus

It somehow took me several viewings of both anime adaptations before I finally caught that King is his first name, so don't feel too bad about it, lmao

Austin Wiebel

Lust the Luscivious, Gluttony the Voracious, Envy the Jealous, Greed the Avaricious, Sloth the Indolent, Wrath the Furious….and one more left 😜

So Führer-President King Bradley. Führer is his military title, something like generalissimo; that is highest military rank. President is his civilian title as leader of the country. King-first name. Bradley- last name. For instance in former Yugoslavia name and title of its leader was President of Yugoslavia marshal Josip Broz Tito. President of Yugoslavia-civilian title, leader of the country Marshal- Military title in the army of Yugoslavia Josip-First name Broz- Family name Tito- Nom de guerre/nickname
