THIS IS 1 OF SEVERAL POLLS WE WILL DO, but just to get an idea vote below!

Comments

Matt Lievens

Holy cow I was the first vote. Young Justice FTW (But Owl House is a great choice too)

Stridency168

All of the above? Lmfao. Fire picks.

Marcb92

Young Justice is storytelling GOLD!

rupeestarmie

Out of these shows, I’ve only seen the Clone Wars but I haven’t watched it in years so I don’t know how it’s aged lol.

Stephan

Owl House

Bignium

Bojack Horseman

BynFlew

Clone Wars

Fukkyu Bisch

Hey, in a future poll, can I suggest a show called The Legend of Vox Machina? You guys might enjoy it, it has both Matt Mercer (who is mostly producer and does multiple side characters in this show) and Travis Willingham (btw, Travis is the VA for Roy Mustang) as well as Laura Bailey (Travis Willingham's wife who played as Lust)

cosmotron

I will be happy with either Owl House or Young Justice. I like Dragon Prince and Clone Wars as well, but I prefer the other two.

Jenny D

I’m team Owl House all the way!

pineapplegreg

Dragon Prince!!! Pretty please!!

Robin B

Owl House ❤️🦉🏡

kai

im rooting for the owl house but i also would enjoy dragon prince!

Blubber Nuggets

Why's everyone want owl house? What's so great about an over-glorified bird house. (Idk I've never seen it)

Nilan Lovelace

If you do Clone Wars, please just watch it in the order it was release.

BlueEyedRaven

Owl House is cute. But the Dragon Prince story is more interesting to me. Plus season 4 of TDP is going to be released this November, so it puts you right in line to pick it up.

Kailor Aurelius

Owl House has a main character voiced by Mae Whitman, who voiced Katara. And Grey Delisle, Azula, voices quite a few characters!

Vex Valor

The Owl House is my favorite of the options. If you are up for suggestions that aren't on the list, I suggest Infinity Train and Kipo and the Age of the Wonderbeasts. Infinity Train is a pretty short series of only 40 episodes that are only 11 minutes long, but the show is so good. The show is about mental health and the characters working through it. I think Montana would really like that show and there are a lot of mental health topics to talk about in it. Kipo is a great show that makes full of great representation and interesting animal designs like Avatar. The main character shares a VA with Glimmer from She-Ra.

Kailor Aurelius
>>90698651

Double seconded. And Grey Delisle, whose voice Kenny loves picking out lol, voices someone in the show too. It's very good!

emelsi
>>90698651

This is probably a VERY unpopular opinion but I am not sure that is the best idea. I love CR, but I thought LoVM was ... not good. I really *really* wanted it to be good but I didn't even finish the season. Maybe I'm coming at it from the wrong perspective here but I seriously doubt people who aren't already fans of CR would actually enjoy it. But then again, I don't enjoy anime at all, and maybe LoVM is a lot more kin to anime than to the western animation in this poll.

Nathan Grenawalt

Hopefully all of these make it eventually. I haven't watched Dragon Prince - the animation of the first season made me sick (so does VR, 3d movies, and disco lights) but the later seasons seem fine so I want to catch up on it. The Clone Wars is an amazing show, especially in the way it filled in the cracks and holes in Star Wars canon. And Young Justice is one of my favorite superhero cartoons. But there is something special about the Owl House, and I'd like to get their insight on it.

Asteroidea

My options are a little restricted here because I've only seen Dragon Prince and Clone Wars, but Dragon Prince is a great show that I think you'd both get a lot out of! Hard to go wrong with some of the writing team (and some of the cast!) behind Avatar: TLA. Plus from a more mercenary business perspective, you'll probably get good engagement through YouTube, what with it still being ongoing and having a new season out later this year. I'm a big fan of The Clone Wars, but... Just in terms of committing to episode-by-episode reactions of the show, it's very long and some of the early stuff in particular can be a bit of a slog to plow through before you get to the really good bits.

DoryTheFish

Owl House is the best!!!!!

Carl

COWBOY BEBOP!!!! trust me you guys would love cowboy bebop

Jonathan Harding

Whichever you pick, we shall be blessed with excellent content as I love all of them

Bazil

Owl House all the way. It's a slow burn because Dana didn't really have a lot of creative control until episode 12 but it gets really good after that. Young Justice is honestly really long and of varying amounts of quality.

kai
>>90699102

im not super good at descriptions but i love this show, i think it’s right in the ballpark for someone that enjoys ATLA/she-ra :) lovable characters, an interesting magical world, and plenty of lgbtq+ representation!

Roundabout27

Would love to see you react to Dragon Prince. The way it handles the emotions and conflicts between the characters and casts is so mature and not played up for drama at all.

PowerElite

Owl House falls off after a bit. It's highs are good but it's lows are just boring. Dragon prince is the better series overall.

emelsi
>>90699102

The plot is basically, young girl who is obsessed with a book about a witch gets transported to a magical world where she gets semi-adopted by a wine aunt and they live in a sentient house. She ends up going to a magic school that is better than the TERF one and gradually learns more about the world. There's humor, romance, and basically everything in the world is horrifying but the protagonist is totally down for whatever weirdness comes her way. It's fun.

LadyBee
>>90699783

I didn't notice the jarring animation until it was pointed out to me but yeah, they got a lot of complaints about the animation of the first season and only then did they change a little for the next season to be more palatable. Dragon Prince is good, good for a react series. Tell you the truth though, I don't think I'd watch another season of it, nothing that groundbreaking for me.

JuanderfulJuans

Owl House is so good. The only thing I think you should take into account is it is a Disney property so you are liable to run into a Demon Slayer situation.

LeFlaneur

I know Owl House is going to win, but I’m voting Young Justice to support all the animators at HBO/Cartoon Network/Aldult Swim getting stiffed by the Discovery merger. These creators and employees really need our support, and maybe that could be in the way of reacting to some of their stuff. What Disney did to Owl House was bad, but HBO is doing a lot worse to a lot of great shows.

LeFlaneur
>>90698651

Feels like Vox falls in the pitfalls of American adult animation of being way more vulgar than it needs to be. Like vulgarity is fun and all, but it can’t make up for being genuinely funny and a great story. Looking forward to season 2 to see how the show leans on its stronger or weaker aspects.

Jenny D
>>90708668

Nah, I’ve watched PLENTY of Owl House reactions on YouTube. They should be good.

Jenny D
>>90700254

Episode 15 I think was when she said she got to start making the show the way she wanted it. It makes sense because I think most fans haven’t had any complaints about an episode after 1x14.

Jenny D
>>90700095

Isn’t that an anime? This is for their next western cartoon reaction.

Jenny D
>>90699102

It’s a Y7 cartoon that is categorized as horror-comedy on Disney. It’s got a really compelling mystery that ramps up towards the end of season 1 and it uses background clues exceptionally well. Also has one of the most well-written relationships on tv, in my opinion.

Juan

I’d like a (None of Above ) option plz

Fukkyu Bisch
>>90698651

Ok who's whose favorite character? Personally, mine is Percy... Mostly because I too can relate to a tormented mind under a calm mask.

Thiago Ayres

You guys should really take a look at Castlevania

LeFlaneur
>>90712493

If they’re hesitant about Invincible, Castlevania is also going to be tricky 🩸

Cody Simpson
>>90712493

Dude! I was thinking the same thing. These choices don’t really do anything for me. I’m a die hard Star Wars fan but I know clone wars is a lot to get through for the amazing stuff sprinkled throughout.

Elvira Lehtonen

Even though i am a diehard owl house fan, i think that dragon prince has a lot more stuff to analyse. Its more mature and the atla references are be great also.

Chelly

My vote is for ToH, I’ve been hoping a good reaction channel would do it eventually so I could watch alongside them for the first time and I’m not really interested in the other shows

Carl
>>90700095

lmao i didn't even know but i want to implant it in their minds

Edwin Ayala

If you do clone wars, you will need to watch the movie after the second chronological episode.

JHB
>>90699249

Hordak's VA, Keston John, also voices a character here.

Gestrid

I think you'd really enjoy The Dragon Prince. It even has some of the same cast and crew of Avatar: The Last Airbender!

Justin Spencer

Star Wars is so long but notice it’s the only piece of media that all Star Wars fans can agree they enjoy which is saying something considering how volatile the the fandom is

Aurora Thresher

I’d really love if y’all considered reacting to Harley Quinn on HBO! It’s sooooo good

Danilo Azzolini

There is a french animated show called Last Man. Its amazing and with short episodes (13 min). You should whatch it. :)

Markub El Jaden

Not gonna lie, I'm not feeling any of these shows, hope the next poll has better options.

Elvira Lehtonen
>>90749902

Why did you feel the need to comment that? Its their channel and we even got to suggest the shows that would be on this poll?

The Large Amoeba

This channel was practically built with Avatar as it's foundation. Really should go with Dragon Prince since its show runner was one of the lead writers on Avatar

fr0st

100% for the owl house. Still happy to support the channel but no real interest in the others in this poll, tbh. The most important thing is that y'all should factor in whether a show is appealing to y'all as well after you check out the first ep or so. I feel like the reactions and commentary are much more fun when you guys are genuinely enjoying and getting into it

Zyrus
>>90749902

People are allowed to comment as they like, including dissent. I'm not really all that interested in any of this stuff either, except Clone Wars, and that's obviously not going to win with those numbers.

Corey _

Star wars is the best choice so

christopher

i think you guys would love young justice and i hope you choose it but ill support channel no matter the show

christopher

i think you guys would love young justice and i hope you choose it but ill support channel no matter the show

christopher

i think you guys would love young justice and i hope you choose it but ill support channel no matter the show

BlueEyedRaven

Don't get me wrong, I love Clone Wars, but it's going to take over 2 years to get through by doing one episode per week if doing all episodes. I would suggest doing DP, TOH, and YJL before tackling Clone Wars. Either that or have Clone Wars replace one of the Anime programs once you've finished.

Suplee215
>>90708668

I think it'll be closer to the issues with She-Ra. So workable but a little bit ofnan issue due to how the channel does it. Most owl house reacts (most reactions in general honestly) do cut more than let's react does

Suplee215
>>90699102

For me it satisfies the itch I got for Harry Potter without the baggage and also pokes at the "chosen one" trope a whole ton. 2nd season got super deep on the metaphors as well qnd I'm a sucker for "found family of weirdos"

Suplee215

I say owl house. It's a long episode count so far, almost finished and I think you'll love the characters and story. It has some metaphors that work well for current events and I love found families of misfits.

James McCarthy
>>90763990

Second this. Also the Clone wars is quite slow and hard to get into initially while TOH and DP pull you straihgt into the world and story. Not familiar with YJL so no comment on that one (:

pineapplegreg

I think it would be cool if you guys watched the trailer for the first season of each show all in one video to get a feel of the show before watching the first episode of the series!

R. Lewis

I didn't get the chance to vote but I'd for sure say start with Owl House. It's a finite show, a bit shorter than She-ra. Then you can look at the Dragon Prince after, which only has three seasons so far but a planned (and I think confirmed) total of seven.

Alexblade 1027

Lol guess looks like young justice isn't gonna get picked again tragic

Robert Bonfante
>>90832511

The seven seasons are definitely confirmed. I think TOH is going to win this, but the Dragon Prince definitely deserves a look. The writing, humor and animation is very much a reflection of what's in the Avatar universe. They even divide each season by books.

Gabriel Taylor

All 4 of these shows are bangers but if I'm speaking of which show would have the most scenes that I can't wait to see you analyze it would have to be young justice.

Markub El Jaden
>>90749902

To give them an idea about what their patreons are interested in seeing? It's not like I'm going to prevent them from watching these shows in their free time.

Robbie Crow

Looks like it'll come 2nd but Dragon Prince is excellent defo think you'd like it

jamurano

One day I’d love for you guys to react to Fruits Basket (2019 version), Teen Titans (I know you guys watched the first ep, but I’d love to see the whole series), Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, Dota: Dragons Blood, and maybe Castlevania. There are so many incredible shows!!

PuccaLover15

I would love for you to do Dragon Prince, but Owl House! You guys would just have so much fun with it!

Soph

Death note?

Brandon Gaines

You both should watch Yu Yu Hakusho. It's an absolute classic over 30 years old and still holds up as one of the top Shonen anime to this day!

Thorfinn

Tokyo Revengers is really cool! :)

Bryan

Deathnote unless Kenny already watched it, i think it’s better to get a raw reaction from both of you

Vys

Loved these choices and voted earlier, but I had a thought today I just wanted to share with you. I don’t think you guys will have time this year, but would you consider watching Over the Garden Wall during the fall season? It’s a 1 season show and I’d love to see your reaction to it if you haven’t seen it before!

MacGuffin

Having now watched The Owl House myself after getting hooked from your reaction to episode 1; I really, really wanna see you guys react to the rest. I love that show and think you will too!
