Kenny Solo Series: which to watch (Patreon)

Hello everyone! After 2.5 years of editing nearly all of our videos, im happy to announce that I have progressed enough to potentially add on a solo series for me (Kenny) to watch and post barebones edits to on Patreon!

The thing that makes it difficult to add more series that Montana and I watch together is that as someone with anxiety it’s simply difficult for Montana to film a bunch of episodes at a time. We actually are getting into a great rhythm with FMAB and are excited to work on that and the other new series (owl house or Dragon Prince) , but I think I want to work on another project for you all!

I would make it a more stripped back reaction approach, but it would mean more videos for you all! I foresee a situation where I could simply watch all of Invincible in a day, edit them all in a week, and post them all at the same time!

VOTE/COMMENT BELOW which series you would want to see me (Kenny) watch as a solo series either A to scout it out for Montana or B because she wouldn’t like it!

To be clear: this will in no way impact the release times of FMAB and our secondary series, as I will only work on it when I’m out of footage to post to Patreon for those!

As much as I’d love to see a MHA S6 or Chainsaw Man solo react series, Invincible is a must first, IMO.

Bradley Hall

Edgerunners for me. What a story

Nigel Douglas

Don’t toy with me Nagatoro is a great series XD 12 episodes and season two is coming out in January

Erik

I feel like short series would be better for solo reactions as opposed to long running ones like MHA. I'd rather see you react to a whole bunch of different stories

Jenny D

I think a good show for you to either scout ahead of time or just do a solo reaction at some point would be Harley Quinn, if you haven’t seen it already of course. It’s so funny, and you could figure out if it’s too violent/gory for Montana.

I’ve seen the first 1.5 seasons, I LOVED it, and def think it could be an option after Owl House/dragon Prince/YJ

Echodec

Edgerunners is honestly a banger of a show from world/character design to the music and story.

Nathan Grenawalt

I would REALLY like to hear Montana's thoughts about Invincible. But you need to vet it first. So that gets my vote.

Bazil

Nooo I want Cyberpunk to win. I want to see those tears

I can only imagine the fun discussions we’d get, from Montana about the psychology of Harley and from you about Clayface’s various acting pursuits!

Brandon Thomas Liu

Imo, both Invincible and CyberPunk Edgerunners are must watches!

Jay SMARTASS

I really like Invincible i'm not 100% sure if it would be Montana's cup of tea but who knows it's probably best if you vet them first..🤷

I feel like some of the weirder anime would be good for a solo series for you, Kenny. Not personally super fussed about any of these but potentially if you enjoy an anime series dub enough it could be a contender for Montana to see.

Chainsaw man would be great, because there would be very little spoilers, except from the manga readers. Even then, the animation would be something new for everybody.

I kinda wanna see you guys watch something that you hate. I don't watch anime so I haven't seen those, maybe you guys hate Attack on Titan, but if you just trashed something it would be fun. Can't think what that would be though.

EDWIN FRANCOIS

I wouldn't be mad at any of them lol

Bit of an odd request lol, btw just letting you know they love Attack on Titan

Karmac

cyberpunk is so good hope you come back to it is it does not win

Lars

Know nothing about these shows lol, but excited to see your series. Congrats!

brina_kitten

Invincible is an amazing show but it's very intense and filled with AoT levels of violence and gore. I think it'd be a good choice to watch solo - It definitely had me shook up emotionally at times. Keep up the good work! 💜

I think they mean anime in the western and eastern sense. Like all anime is animation, but not all animation is considered anime or something.

James S

For Kenny solo, I’d say My Hero Season 6 or Invincible. Montana hasn’t seen any MHA right (that’s the deciding factor for me). As someone who read Chainsaw Man’s manga, I 1000000% believe that it’s a crazy ride you both should experience together (season 1 is only 12 episodes I believe and it looks like the dub will be airing nearly simultaneously with the sub). Edgerunner I think would be neat regardless of if you’re into the Cyberpunk franchise at all.

If people based this vote on "they should both watch chainsaw" yes, but they won't. Assuming Kenny watches it, it's the big series this season, he should record his reactions.
