I loved the “we may be a little high” disclaimer 🤣 🤣

Baz Mehdi

This was an amazing reaction to the bloopers hahaha

Connla Lyons

While it is a bit much to watch the entire original series. It would be nice to possibly by your friend's recommendation watch some comparison episodes or scenes. See how different the series started, how certain scenes played out differently, some of the more fun stuff they touched on more that wasnt as much of a big factor in brotherhood (armstrong family, hayate).

KT Bees

And a chorus of "FUCK YEAH" echoed across the patreon.

Edward, destroyer of worlds

I've asked before but if you didn't see, you should look into watching the Fullmetal Brotherhood movie called Sacred Star of Milos

Fukkyu Bisch

“we may be a little high” fellow weeders? It's 4:20 somewhere.

Eric Smith

Well, there's the 4koma theater, which is quick little animations based on the 4 panel goofiness at the end of the manga volumes. Also if you ever get a chance to watch the OVAs they're really good (and the post credits scene of the Izumi one is pretty fun)

Alix

Agreed, you guys should definitely watch the OVAs!

Robin Carme

There is for AoT! It's called "Attack on Titan IN 9 MINUTES" by Gigguk. It is a parody and it only covers the first season but it's hilarious!

Eric Keeton

Y’all were exactly the right amount of high for this

yani

I'm 3 minutes in, and already too excited for this video hahaha

Okay!! There is a youtube video of the voice actors for Korra and Asami reading the first part of the Korra comic that IMMEDIATELY follows the end of the series finale. It also includes some parts of it animated AND I AM DYING TO WATCH YOU GUYS REACT TO IT!!!! There is very very cute Korrasami moments!! It's titled "Legend of Korra TURF WARS Part 1 Live Reading" by youtuber "prince fiction" !!!

Peter Amet

AOT has a full comedy parody show called Junior High. definitely worth an ep

I have a list of potential recommendations for future viewing(I had messaged it as well but I'm not sure if you read messages) Fruits Basket(2019) - Wholesome yet bittersweet. It really reflects on the nuance of relationships and especially family and how they affect us in many ways. Psycho-Pass - It's investigative and mysterious. The tones of the show reflect a lot of what you guys excel in observing. Erased - A guy solves a murder of the past. It's incredible in both lending itself to theories while also building you up to become significantly invested. Violet Evergarden - Although not very mysterious, it has a hint of unanswered questions as it takes Violet through her life recovering as a war vet and understanding love. It touches deeply on interpersonal relationships, and answers the deep question of what is love and how can it take different forms. An absolute masterpiece. Clannad(and season 2(After Story)) - It starts off as a cute series that begins to open up to very dark tones. It addresses the idea of suicide, of grief, as well even the idea of life and trying to survive. Golden Kamuy - A rather expressive piece about war and trying to solve a mystery for a grand treasure. It has light and dark moments.

I think you both would love Mob Psycho, it's lighthearted with a unique animation style but still has the emotional beats and some of the most charismatic characters you will find

Daolord Badlands

Code Geass is a classic that I think you'd enjoy.

Racso Rhodes

People keep recommending newer shows, but there are lots a older shows that would fit this channel, like Scrapped Princess and Last Exile.

Chelle

You guys’s laughing was even funnier than the bloopers 😂 I’m crying too As for other animes to watch… idk, Code Geass? I would recommend Violet Evergarden but that would never win a popularity poll no matter how good it is. I’d also recommend Black Lagoon (best dub I’ve ever heard honestly) but it’s probably too explicit for y’all. There’s also the new Chainsaw Man anime which I loved but am not a big fan of the dub so maybe not that one

Vex Valor

Soul Eater, Inuyasha, Sailor Moon (90s version with Viz dub), and Fruits Basket (2019) would all be great anime to watch and react to.

awildjord

if u guys want and have time it'd be cool if u checked out the OVA's too

Mortis

You guys need to watch at least the 4th ova for this series. It adds a lot to mustang and Hugies and is a really important piece of story in my opinion

David L

As far as longer series go, I would definitely put Hunter x Hunter in the conversation. At 148ep it is on the longer side but could easily be broken up as needed and definitely worth the watch, one of the best Shonen imo. With the added benefit of being something neither of you (I assume) has seen. Also the dub is pretty good.

Serious question, has anyone seen the 2nd+ seasons of Psycho Pass and enjoyed them? Personally I thought the first season was so good (and complete) that I've always figured trying to continue the story would just ruin it, and I've seen similar sentiments elsewhere. But I'm curious if anyone has had a different experience.

I think they mean that the series itself is unfinished. And at the rate the manga actually gets new chapters, I think the fear of it never finishing is a real one.

Justin Spencer

Hunter Hunter dub is amazing similar to death note and our main characters have Elric brother energy. Interesting enough hxh and Yu Yu hakusho are made by the same creator. If Hunter Hunter is chosen please do the 2011 version same logic as brotherhood.

Caseman

I was a little stoned too, Cheers!

Yooooo there's another person on the planet who thinks HxH's dub is solid! I agree and second this pick. If you guys are willing to commit to the size of it, you'll love it!
