The falsetto voices are because they are Eunuchs, and pampered aristocrats. They had their balls removed and oftentimes when some is castrated before puberty their voices remain high pitched. It's also a common trope in all forms of media for someone who was hit in the testicles to sound so high pitched. Idk if the sub has them high or it was a dub thing tbh
