The Lorax

I'm actually not sure about it myself, but what I think happened with Yuji taking back over is Fushiguro was right and Sukuna was wrong. Yuji is the kind of guy to sacrifice himself if it means saving someone, and so he came back to prevent Sukuna from killing Fushiguro. It also might have just took him until that moment to wrestle control from Sukuna, but he still did so knowing doing so would kill him.

There's silly post credit scenes after every episode

Justyn Hernandez

And this is how I learned that Sukuna’s voice actor also voiced Tengen Uzui in demon slayer!

Izrail Gevorgyan

By the way Kenny. There’s a movie that was released JJK 0, it happens before the main storyline. What I recommend is: Season 1 Season 2 ep 1-5 JJK 0 The rest of s2 That way you get a full picture of the story

Indifferent Denji

You think skunks dub voice is amazing, the Japanese voice is iconic

Jinchuriki87

If anyone feels like this is semi "spoiler-y" I can remove it...but I would just say you should make it a point to remember the hand sign and phrases megumi said right before yuji took back control.

Juan Solo

If I had a nickel for every time an anime I watched had its protagonist die in the fifth episode, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

Ashley Garcia

If you think the VA for Sukuna is good wait for the rest of the season/season 2 😂🥵

Roy Meulblok

If this was the subbed version I would know what you talk about, but since I have no idea who voices who in the dubbed version, I'm looking forward to the reveals.

Christopher Johnson

Absolutely not. Season 2 is written assuming that you have already watched 0. 0 is necessary content for getting the full Hidden Inventory experience

Christopher Johnson

Make sure you watch JJK 0 before starting season 2. It was released before and in the manga it was actually a stand alone story that did so well that Akutami was asked to continue JJK as an ongoing series. Some people say to watch the movie after the beginning of season 2 but imo that kills the intended suspense of the beginning of season 2. It was written and designed for people who had seen JJK 0 and knew where the characters ended up.

no u uwu

Jjk is the best

Rob Carlstrom

Couldn't disagree more. Part of the appeal of JJK isn't just the plot but the beats the plot takes. It's arguably good to watch 0 before season 1 but stopping in the middle of season 2 is crazy. Just watch in release order.

Big K

Idk, something about Sukuna just feels hot, like a literal heartstopper

Tobias Jeager

The kind of snake that you're referring to Montana is a leucistic snake it's all white. I'm a ball python breeder so the snake is definitely my favorite too.

Tobias Jeager

Also you guys always skip the silly after credit scenes the juju stroll

Nathan Beach

Reminder, this is Sukuna at 3/20ths of his power, and gojo said he could take him at full strength. Food for thought

Phoenix Mackenzie

It's not just leucistic snakes that are all white, just fyi but it's nice to see another snek lover😁

Tobias Jeager

That's true, but before she mentioned that she also mentioned pied which is a gene in ball pythons and other related snakes so going by that I assumed that she meant color not species. Tho if you want to be specific about it luecism isn't a gene either, it's a mutation that can affect any snake and most mammals just like albinism. But yeah always good to see snake loving peeps. I've been in the business over 10 years and they are amazing

Casey Turner

I agree with the other commenters, watching 0 is SUPER important, but should be watched in release order as intended

Ellie

no i fully agree, i don't think it's a spoiler and i think it would actually pay off even better than if you weren't paying attention to that (like me lmao)

Mekar

This is my first time seeing season 1 after being caught up with season 2 and wow, this show really is good. I felt like season 1 was overrated when it came out but it's crazy how many details from this early on that felt random back then actually all mean something.

She

Is it me or Sukuna comes off less cunning and more so just agressive in this version? Same with Ijichi, he comes off way less nervous and more so nonchalant . Somehow I feel like Ijichi's VA should've been given to Sukuna instead.

Christopher Johnson

He's at 3/20 at most. A lot of the fandom thinks that it could be exponential because of the sheer increase in scale throughout the series. Its super hard to quantify because Sukuna is always more skilled than raw power.

Franklin

True. The original VAs performance is so good. This one isn't bad but it's just no contest between the two.

Kailor Aurelius

The fact that Sukuna's VA here is the same VA for Tengen Uzui in Demon Slayer? Top tier. Ray Chase really kills all his roles. And the voice of Megumi, Robbie Daymond, is 1. good friends with Matt Mercer and 2. the voice of Tanjiro's swordsmith, Mr. Haganezuka.

MeggieHammie

I'll be honest, I think the eng VA for Sukuna is just fine, it suits him ok. But the sub VA? I will PROUDLY simp for sub VA Sukuna every day of every week.

Maks Lesniewski

I know it's been some time, but I just wanted to inform you that no, Megumi is NOT an unisex name, it's entirely feminine in Japan.
