During Rappa's story of meeting Overhaul, he mentions "one second he was dead, and back to normal the next". Do you think an outside force did this (like another quirk user) or was it Overhaul himself? If you believe it was an outside force, who/what could it be? If you believe the ladder, from a writing perspective how do you interpret Shigaraki and Overhaul having similar quirks but Overhaul possibly being able to restore what he destroys?
