A nice start! And you introduced new characters! I like this direction! I was going to suggest you to make spin-offs of her with different scenarios and fetishes and here we go. To be honest I think you found out your main girl. Lucia stories were always different and nice but I think Ayame and her friends/rivals and world building in here will be very good and strong. This give me some vibes of Taimanin Asagi series which is good. So on this new arc you made her recover from transformation but she got weaker temporarily but the boss smart as he is send her to another mission regardless. What I can take from this? He is deliberately making her weaker to take advantage of her on a future arc making her his onahole or he thought she could handle this mission anyway going with some backup. This could expand for each arc she recover from the possible transformations due their advanced recover machine like Dragon Ball ones but if she doesn't rest to recover her full power this will keep happening. Her rival Momoka might interfere too making boss "favors" to send Ayame to missions when she isn't full recovered to see her humiliated each time as well. This also open to side arcs featuring Nadesico or Momoka too. I hope this post was encouraging and gave you some ideas for the future. Cheers!

Amazing! Love the way you've pivoted the story to alternate endings. Hoping for more power/skill lose from Ayame, leading to more humiliation from her. The introduction of the rival Momoka was very interesting. Hope to see humiliating modifications and loss of powers/skills from such a cocky character.
