A Chance Encounter (Patreon)

Yeah, funny realization to have right at the end of the month - turns out the artwork I've palced so much effort into was actually unfinished!😱 Honestly, not entirely sure how that happened - apparently at some point I switched gears into comic mode and completely forgot I hadn't finished this pinup!😅

To be honest, I wanted to draw this concept from the very moment I first saw that meme!🤩 Spent some time thikning around which characters would fit best🤔 Naturally, my first instinct was Alice and Ginger, but then I realized while they've got some height difference, it's not quite dramatic enough🤭 Then I considered Erin and Ginger, but realized they already star together in their own full comic series!🧐 So I shelved the whole artwork for a long while...💀

Then recently, after finishing up our gorgeous Lydia and Lacey designs, it suddenly hit me - these two would make an absolutely PERFECT pairing!😍 Especially considering Lydia exists in two versions, one of which comes equipped with that 105mm cannon!😏

Got me thinking... You know what? ...Maybe I should revisit that earlier pinup and swap out that... you know... '40mm cannon' for Lydia's '105 barrel' instead?🤭😉

Oh, and speaking of unfinished business - we never did collect that donut there!🤯🍩 Definitely need to circle back and create a bonus version (...if there's still interest! ...is there any..?) Just let me know!😉

With the release of this artwork, I hereby declare the June 2026 art marathon over!🥳 Now I’m taking a vacation until the very end of June and will be away from work!😏 Glances at the clock Oh, really?🫣 Well, at least I have an hour left before my vacation ends...🙄🤡
