Added four new memes and 9 new vehicle-related precepts. This content is only active if Ideology DLC is active.

Added 5 new resources: Car Battery, Car Fuel Tank, Car Transmission, Car Radiator and Car Wiring.

Rebalanced all Tier 2 vehicle costs to require these new components.

Increased market value of Tier 2 vehicles correspondingly.

Added Wisent, a new Tier 2 Military truck capable of transporting 10 people and decent cargo.

Added a chance for engines and fuel tanks to explode when damaged.

Added mod options setting to remove handbrake damage.

Added bonus for Prowler, Roadrunner and Dirtbike for travelling on hills and mountains.

Moved Vehicles and Vehicle-related structures to the Vehicles architect tab added by Vehicle Framework.

Changed engine location from external to internal on: Bulldog, Tango, Wagon, Smuggler, Warbird.

Fixed armor values (blunt and sharp were reversed) on: Bangbus, Highwayman, Roadkill, Bulldog, Tango.

Added shadows to departing aircraft.
