Here's a little resource video about this month’s challenge! In this video, I do a quick review of the artwork posted in the discord, walk you through my process for creating the artwork for this challenge, and discuss common mistakes and tips for tackling studies like these in the future!

I hope you find it helpful ❤ And thank you to everyone who participated in this challenge! If you haven't posted yours yet, head on over to the monthly-challenges channel in the discord server and share your art with us!

I'm not sure where to ask this but, Can you please do a video about limb shaping?

As always this was a very fun challenge❤️‍🔥 I love to see the difference in your study and in your speed painting. Especially the speed painting has such a mesmerising energy about it. There is so much movement and vibrancy. The process video of it is also very interesting to watch, I guess because it looks so loose and painterly. Thank you so for hosting this challenge 🫶✨

is this the challenge for June?

I'm very prone to falling into copy/render mode!...I really like the tip of drawing some details larger as to not loose the stylization. (I'm going to work on that.) Thanks Lois.

I think it's something that all artists run into who learned how to draw from reference! Hopefully the tip helps! Thanks for your kind words Jason :)
