Someday, I’d love to release a collectible figurine with a Loish character. I don’t know how or when I’ll do it, but I wanted to start by coming up with some rough ideas and thinking about how my drawing style could translate into a 3-dimensional figure! Which one do you think works best?

All these are very Lois but I think the one that's full figure with the 3 flowers would be really cutie 😳

Esti Arts

That would be so awesome! I love the ones with mushrooms, roses and the one where she’s floating with her ponytail raised 🤍

The one with the roses and the mushrooms -- both of them!! <333 Uhmm, does that mean can we expect a Kickstarter in the near future? I know Ben Eblen recently released his own sculpt, so he may have some contacts or ideas he could share. Of course I may be stating the obvious here and you probably have some awesome contacts to turn to for this, Lois, but this immediately came to mind. (My partner is an avid collector and two of his favorite figurines were the Witcher one and the Black Myth Wukong one that recently got released. In terms of detail, they were amazing. May not be too relevant here, though!)

I love the one in the top right with the scarf, it reminds me of my favourite season, autumn.

Onjikun

I’m kinda partial to the top right one with the scarf 🧣

I can absolutely see the center pose or the furthest right on my shelf!!

The one with the mushrooms has my heart, but the figure with the gravity-defying ponytail also feels very representative of your work.

I think your work would translate wonderfully into either a blind box vinyl collection or a high end polystone figurine from Sideshow. I really love the mushrooms and the rose pose on the left. That "no girl" would be classic, too.

Ooh. That's exciting. Will be here to support you when it happens. As for the figurines, the ones I'm drawn to are the top right (full body with a scarf) and bottom right-ish (bust with your signature flowers). No matter which ones use choose, I'm sure it'll be beautiful with quality. Good luck!

Daren Taveras

The top right I was initially drawn to because it feels the most you, but as a product designer, I lean towards the mushrooms and the roses one on the left because I think you might have less issues with parts breaking off and stability. All are beautiful though, can't see what you will make.

It's fun to read the different feelings. I think it depends on when we started following you. For me, floating girls and roses are distinctive marks of your style that I recognize immediately. So I would say the one on the top left or the bust at the bottom with the floating roses and the recognizable pose 🩵

I really like the head with the "no" word bubble sitting on their cheek.

Anything with roses or plants would be perfect for your work !

alilthemlin

i love the no, mushrooms, and the one on the right the best!! these are very cool

Jessina Jana

The two on the far upper right or the far left one holding the rose. Also, you could make these as Christmas ornaments!!!

Veramis Spaziani

I love the second photo, and in the last photo the one at the top to the left where she is holding two different flowers and the also the one that has a pony tail with her hair floating. I love to collect art toys and figurines 😍❤️👌

Madpiggy

These are all cute. My only recommendation would be to find a way to make one that isn't plastic because that's so bad for the environment.

Your sketches are all magnificent but I really like the girl with the mushrooms, I imagine a story, a somewhat magical relationship. I would love this figurine on my drawing desk. 🩷🍄🍄‍🟫🍄
