Another tiny house! I'm finding this very therapeutic for satisfying my desire to travel, and also good to practice drawing settings / buildings in a manageable way. So here's my second tiny house, inspired by a real one but then with details of my own!

By the way, right now I'm editing this month's tutorial which will be on environments! I didn't want to do two procreate tutorials in a row. I think you guys will like it ~ I'll be posting it early next week when it's done!

Looking at these little house pieces makes me so incredibly happy! When I had a bad day, I just popped open the cute tiny house painting and felt so happy. I LOVE these ~<33

There's something about these little houses I just love so, so much!! The color and concepts are just superb. Have you considered making these into prints, Lois? Also, can't wait for the enviro tutorial. I know characters is your thing but your studies and environments have always been my top faves! <3

So excited! I want to do environments but it feels so onerous. Maybe I'll try the tiny house idea! It's so cute!!

I hope you'll have process videos for these ones, too! ^_^

It’s so cute and beautiful!! I can’t wait for the environment tutorial 👏🏻💕

Great stuff. I find environment colors to be a challenge so I'm looking forward to the next tutorial. Especially I find it hard to bring the colors of an environment together and not having too many loose ends or 'stray' colors going in all sorts of different directions.

Environments scare me so I'm ready to jump in!

Thank you for doing an environment tutorial! I'm absolutely thrilled to see how you do it!

These have such nice colors. I love that soft, red glow of autumn and evening - and that little detail of the fallen apple. Thank you in advance for the tutorial too, I am very much looking forward to it.

that can be a challenge! I think watching the new environment tutorial in combination with the color choices tutorial will be most helpful for you!

i definitely recommend it! starting with small "bite size" subject matter can help dip your toes in :)

thanks so much I'm glad you like them :) the cosiness and cuteness of them seem like a good fit for prints or cards, so I will probably make them available as prints somewhere down the line!

haha so glad you like it! it has this effect on me too while I'm drawing them, just fantasizing about being there.

This is honestly one of my favorite things you’ve ever done!

Will you be talking about lighting and painting interiors? I've been trying to learn and it's super difficult! Also nice Tiny House👌🏾🔥

the tutorial will be about outside environments! unfortunately painting interiors is not my strong suit, but maybe I can create something on that in the future.

I want to live in one of your tiny houses...... preferably on a beach with a nice paddock for my horse.
