Damn it...I don't want to miss it but have to get up to work, like two hours after the stream starts. (4:30 am central European)...I think I will go to bed now (18:30) and get up at 02:00 for the show. I can't skip a Shoe-stream. This would be blasphemy. ;-)

Google Translate sucks sometimes. I'm often checking my tweets in order to see what English speakers read when I'm talking in German or Polish and...well, often enough they would see strange stuff which is so wrong translated, that it could lead to misunderstandings or make no sense at best.

Hey Shoe, if you don't already do that, look into Speedify for better internet connection during livestreams. Just brainstorm "channel bonding with Speedify for livestreams" with Claude or ChatGPT. You can basically use your mobile (via mobile tethering) to enhance your stream and minimize failovers and packet loss. I do it for gaming and it's so worth the money. Speedify has "enhance streaming" mode just for this purpose. If that doesn't work then it must be the Jews 😂 Great first stream otherwise.

I use DeepL Translate. I tested it by using English to Spanish (as a fluent Spanish speaker), and I can approve it's much better than Google Translate.

It's ultimately subjective, but she’s one of those personality-driven creators whose audience watches for her more than the content. Not to say the topics aren't interesting, but her covering them makes it more engaging, which is why almost all videos perform well. She has a knack for it and she knows it by now😅 This was likely in reference to streaming, where she needs to entertain viewers live and can't script or edit it later to spruce it up. I believe she has potential but prefers staying within her comfort zone, which is completely fair.
