[Information] Reselling of my videos on WeChat (微信). (Patreon)

Hello guys! I already posted this on Twitter, but I wanted to post it here too:

One of my followers informed me that someone is reselling my videos on WeChat (微信). For context: WeChat is the Chinese equivalent of WhatsApp or Telegram but with more functions and a payment system. Some people create private groups there to illegally distribute or sell both paid and even free content.

Even the longer videos I posted on Twitter for free are being sold. I did all the work and didn’t earn a single cent – but they’re making money off of it. That’s honestly a dick move.

Unfortunately, many people in China aren’t familiar with platforms like Twitter or Patreon – and some don’t even know what a VPN is. That makes it really easy for these thieves to profit from stolen content.

If you come across anything like this, please report the person. Support the original creator – not those who exploit someone else’s work.

有粉丝告诉我，有人在微信上转卖我的视频。

甚至连我在Twitter上免费发布的长视频都被拿去卖了。所有的内容都是我一个人辛辛苦苦做出来的，我一分钱没赚，那些人却靠着我的作品赚钱，真的太无耻了。

因为很多人不了解Twitter、Patreon等平台，甚至连VPN是什么都不知道，所以这些小偷才能这么轻松地靠盗版牟利。

如果你看到类似的事情，请举报那些人。请支持原创创作者，而不是那些靠别人劳动成果牟利的盗贼。
