Demon lord armament concept 1 (Patreon)

Ok I've started rought design demon lord ch3 character so any suggestion is welcome. I want Demon lord to have a weapon that's also living demon r that's can switch between normal weapon form into a demon. Basically ger armament is a living weapon type of demon that's forge from human souls. Currently I have 4 arm in mind. the first one is a blade. Still working their basic design and skin tone. Either they have same skin tone as their weapon form or they are all tan. Still have to go throught 3 more lol

Alright, in terms of color ... I prefer the red one. That said, there is something off about the bodysuit on the torso that makes her look ... tame. Is it possible to take it off? After all, Demons are supposed to seduce, right?

My suggestion for weapons would be, based on the look of Riku Aganeia's weapons from Overlord: a sword, broadsword, lance, and hammer. His weapons consume either his own HP or human souls.

Maybe red skin will be more like non-human creature... anyway, it depends on you.

I definitely vibe with red skin version more, it gives color unity to her weapon form in addition to looking more aggressive (which is fitting since, y'know, she turns into a weapon).

I think the red looks better as well. I'd also suggest making the arm blade look like it's more integrated with the demons arm, it looks barely attached as is. You could also have the arm become a blade which would be very cool

Maybe the tip of the sword can be black to reference the heels, My mindset was thinking, if she was a transformers toy how would her demon form translate to the blade form.

Here are my thoughts. I can't see the tan version working if her color scheme is supposed to remain the same when she transitions to the Blade Form. Tan and Purple just won't look good for a weapon. Currently, her sword and color scheme remind me a bit of Janemba from DBZ Movie 12 but more muted.

Yes, that's how it was. She reminded me of the demon queen hero. I just saw the first part a long time ago. What if we make her a sword as an extension of her body. You can even make a mini comic about a person who found a demon weapon, defended his settlement from monsters and gradually became a demon himself to match the weapon, and it became like a part of the body.

They will be weapons created from humans turned into demons. If so, they should take real soldiers or very powerful swordsmen as material for the demon sword. With burly or athletic bodies, the contrast with their new forms would be interesting.

Aria... Really a poor and strong-willed girl. Had lost too many things, friends, identity, hope, to a extent can't stop myself from feeling sorry for her. What's sader is she still support herself with the memory of hero. If the ending is just, continuing losing faith, humanity and self, into a totally demon... There couldn't be a more tragic ending like this, but of course is undoubtedly infectious. Maybe she deserves at least a happier fate.

I am more interested in the lore/mechanics. Like she remembers thinking purely logical, but can't think without emotion. I like the stat changes that comes with the gender/demon transformation in how the discovery of foreign thoughts and feeling affect the guy as he tries to make sense of his memories.

If it's supposed to be a demonized avatar of the holy sword he was using how about making their base design more rpg hero-ey with elements of the demon lord tacked on top showing obvious corruption? Also, don't limit yourself to the arm or weapons specifically. You got wings, hair, tail and feet to work with too. Tail turns into a whip, hair into chains, arms into hammers/shields or legs into stabby pointy spears. You could also have it evolve into further modes in sequence like sword -> spear -> scythe -> greataxe. Maybe read Soul Eater to get ideas on how to play with a living weapon.
