Alright, after taking all the feedback I've redesign both blade and spear also here hammer and bow design. any feedback are welcome. I'm going to desingn their human counterpart next then move on to Aria.

Red skin is a good design, but if every character is red, will it make them difficult to distinguish? Perhaps different weapons with different skin colors would also be a good choice.

These are all really lovely designs, especially with how the red, yellow and black colors complement one another. Of the four in their current iteration, I would say that Blade is my favorite so far, especially if that sparkle effect happens every time she gets dramatic. I do think that maybe they should have different eye colors to help differentiate them at a glance and distinguish them as individuals.

I like the idea of the spear, aand having a spear tip in the hair. It is a good detail that have a good deal of utility. Hope to see that one developed further.

Demon Lord doesn't have a harem, she has an armory. Have to admit, I do like the spear and bow options in that order. Also have to agree with a previous post about giving each a different eye color.

Wait so is this going to be ultimately one form for her that we're going to vote on, or is she going to wind up morphing between all of them with associated personality changes for each given form. Either way, all of them look absolutely amazing. Love the sword form in particular, can't beat the classic and that personality type can't be beat.

The golden colors definitely look great with her reddish skin. I must also say that I like her sword style; it's simple and classic. As for the others, I could imagine them as other men who were turned into female demons, experts in their respective weapons, such as the bow or the spear. I can't wait to see how they will be turned into female demons.

I love this concept and these designs so I've come up with some ideas 1 design wise there great though I have to agree that they could use some slight color differences to be able to easily tell them apart like different color eyes or maybe adding different colors to the armor 2 the abilities of the human forms are cool but might need to be expanded upon like the sword being able to change more than just her arms. I think for the bow she should be able to change her arms into different types of bows in addition to her longbow leg her right arm should probably turn into a shortbow at the wrist and her left arm should act like a crossbow for mid to short range combat. As for the hammer her hammer fists work fine but I feel that just like with the sword she could also be able to do the same with her legs and feet. The spear seemed a little too simple at first with the spear braid but what if you had her grow the spear out of anywhere on her body such as her palm during combat. 3 I also had some story ideas I wanted to share Assuming that the weapons will be made from heroes/adventurers that have actually managed to confront the demon lord I think the sword should be an arrogant prince from the demon lords home kingdom trying to prove himself better than the "failed" hero likely boasting about it before being taken out and transformed before he can even swing his sword I also imagine post transformation she would be embarrassed by her former self not wanting anyone to talk about it. The bow I have less ideas for maybe she could be the sole girl of the group beforehand who got dragged along for her skills. As for the hammer I think it would be hilarious if pre transformation he was a paladin friend of gilda though not as devout and more of a troublemaker and post transformation she and gilda would be best friends to the point that the demon lord would even let gilda wield her. The spear is a bit difficult for me to come up with much but maybe if you were to go with my prince idea you could have the Spearman be an agent sent by the king to keep an eye on him.

They're Demon lord's personal weapon/minion squad. She got 4 newpersonal weapoN for also a living demon, that's can switch between they weapon form and demon form.

No. they for seperate character. Demon lord will have 4 new weapon as replacement of her old holy sword.

Having read through the comments here, i'm alittle bit confused. So let me get this straight: These four are 'living weapons' belonging to the demon lord herself, given 'humanoid' form in a sense? If so, did they just 'develop' into a humanoid forms? or was a 'host' provided to each crafted weapon to take over? If a host was provided, do the weapons themselves have a mind of their own like we saw with the tails for the latex demons? or is the host's original personality 'altered' to be in line with the weapon's personality? Apologies for asking such questions, but i been loving your work for years. I just wana see more ^^

They look great but the hammer arms look very awkward to swing. Now that I typed that out I do have to say the sword arm is a bit boring. Making it longer like zweihander or having them extend from her wings are move visually interesting. Also wider hips on spear girl. I feel like I needn't extrapolate why.

Well, from what I've plan at the moment is their are human that's got forge into weapon by demon lord. The story of this chapter will be mainly a demon lord fused the host with broken weapon of prevoius weapon and forge them into a set demonic living weapon. The host is a weapon with their personality remain but alter for a bit to suit their new body.
