Chapter 2 sketch is completed! Sorry if it took very long. My sainty got destroy with every page. Now the coloring part. New year new hell i'm i right lol.

As always if you want to help salvage my grammar or have any suggestion feel free to post on the comment.

Also as the first post in 2021 I have to thank you for all you support last year. It's more than I deserve. I hope you guy stay safe and happy. Welcome to 2020+1 it can't get any worst right?

One thing I’m a little confused about is the seemingly absent full black form of Aria’s demon state, I saw only the bare tail wand form. I thought that they would both be used. Edit: Ok apparently it’s on the final page with her riding the horse but still I thought we would see a bit more of it than that.

I run out of space to put that in you can see black form on with shadow horse on final page. And on page 23 on small panel. Sorry i don't want it to be anymore longer than it's is.

It’s okay, I’m not gonna lie you surprised me with this comic story, I also did not expect this to be left wide open although I’m sure it will still be quite a while before a part three would materialize. Edit: Ooh yeah Aria did have the bladed tail in that panel from page 23 in sketch form I didn’t notice how the coloring would go at first then I saw that her mouth was clearly covered on page 23/29 which clued me in.

"Gr... shut... up" "My body... it's burning... the holy magic... did it reject this tainted body? I must keep focusing... please... just a little more..." 6: "So that's your limit. A pity." "Cease your struggle, demon, or else you will die by your own magic." 7: "Demon bodies are not supposed to channel the goddess's magic. It's like a poison to our kind." "Stop, before it's too late." @ibenz009 Ah. Thanks for clarifying. Why would the demon lord attack the humans? I mean, the humans aren't born with light that could burn demons by default, unlike the Goddess.

Aria, I may have been a guy before but you can't just call a girl heavy like that!" 2: "Look at what you've done to my sword. It no longer recognizes me as its master." "Looks like it returned back to its original state." "What a troublesome demon you are..." 3: "Hmmm, this thing is useless to me now. How about I let you keep it, Aria?" "What!? My goddess, that sword is one of a kind! It may be the only thing that can actually hurt you!!" "Gilda, get off of her. I think our Aria here will want to hear me out." 4: "What are you scheming, hero?!" "Consider this as my official resignation as a hero." "I enjoyed our fight so much, Aria. Who would have thought that fighting a champion of light could be this exciting." "That's why I have a mission for you, my demon servant. You will carry this sword and roam the lands, searching for the goddess's chosen." "Train them. Guide them until they are finally ready to face me. Do not disappoint me by bringing some unprepared halfwit."

You will wake up a fully loyal demon, happily devoted to me." "Either way, you will do as I command you to." 3: "You can let me decide your fate." "Or do this on your own terms. 4: "The choice is yours..." 5: "My lady, you can let the goddess decide your fate and pray for a miracle to save those people." "Me? I'd rather choose my fate on my own terms. So, the choice is yours. You can stay here and pray, or you join me and help me save those guys." 6: "The choice is yours..." "Hero..."

No demon lord is kinda like nature. Think it as volcano after being defeated "properly" it lay low for century and create a new body again.

Given that this is formal high-level casting, I might suggest to ditch the contractions during the chant on the first page – "I am" and "I shall", rather than "I'm" and "I'll".

Okay, I had a different idea of where to go from the end of part one and it ended up being considerably different from a narrative perspective. No I am not deleting/re doing my part 2 it’s like 11,000 words long, I put way too much work into it to scrap it although I may put a couple more details in it. Technically any adaptation I do is non canon/fan fiction anyway since I am obviously not the original source.

I tend to take my sweet time, either from having other work or just not getting around to it. There's significant lag between these sketch dumps and when the final versions are ready, so I don't think it's critical to get something out right away if you like doing it.

I am the light that purifies the sinful. {Contractions are too informal for spell casting. Ah, but I see Benjamin already mentioned that.} 24.2.2 Behold, the Divine Light of the Goddess. None may hide from her embrace. With my hands, Darkness unto Light, Heretic unto Faithful, Sinner unto Saint. 24.3.1 That's the invocation of the Twelve Saints... the ancient holy spell they used to [redeem / purge / purify] the [Profane / Corrupt] King and his [dread / demonic / undead] army. 24.3.2 Channeling such a spell alone is downright reckless, even with the increase to her magical power the transformation provided. 24.3.3 I will grant you forgiveness. I will grant you salvation. This I swear. 24.4 {Demon Lord's blade is in her left hand here but switches to her right hand on the next page. The overall layout looks good and is probably more work to change, so I'd vote for drawing it pointing the other direction and held in her right hand on this page.} {Also, the perspective is a little wonky in this frame. It looks like Demon Lord is shifted out of Aria's line of fire, such that the beam would pass by on the far side of her.}

You cannot defeat me. 26.5.3 The Sword, it's...!?

I think (our) Aria will want to hear me out. 27.3.1 ...scheming Hero? => scheming, Hero? 27.3.2 Consider this my resignation from the hero gig. 27.3.3 Aria, I enjoyed our fight so much that it would be a shame to deny my future self a similar bout. 27.3.4 Therefore I'm giving you a mission, my servant. Take this sword and roam the land, searching for another chosen of the Goddess. 27.3.5 Guide him, train him, prepare him, until he is ready to face me. I expect a real champion (to appear before me), a true hero, not some jumped-up peasant.

However, if she does find a [suitable / true] [candidate / hero], I will keep an eye on them. 29.3.1 Either way, I still win. 29.3.2 Oh my, you've really thought this through. I never knew Hero to be so conniving. This must be the Demon Lord part of you. {"My my" is a fine phrase, but doesn't quite sound like something Gilda would say. Also, I'm not sold on the steepled fingers pose, feels off for her normally child-like demeanor.} 29.4.1 Well then, what shall we do next, my Goddess? {Not sure that "should" is incorrect, but "shall" sounds better IMO.} 29.4.2 Let's see, first order of business should be acquiring a new weapon. After that, maybe start a cult to begin spreading my influence throughout this world. 29.4.3 sound => sounds 29.4.4 Indeed, but first, (we're due for) some rest and relaxation I think~ {Gilda and her Goddess gonna medieval-style Netflix 'n Chill.}
