I tried to keep all her forms scaled properly in the group shot.  You might notice some forms are smaller than you'd expect.  It would be cool if Mimic could turn into a full-sized train or airship, but she's just too small.  She can puff up like a balloon to get a little bigger, but doesn't get any heavier.  You could lift excavator Mimic and toss her without any trouble.  A slight wind would send her tumbling away and even the smallest puncture to her protective membrane could be catastrophic.  Digging a hole in this form would be like using an inflatable tube man as a shovel.

 Ultimately, mimic slimes transform primarily to conceal themselves, so a form's actual functionality is irrelevant.

Btw, the most requested transformation was "rocket launcher", followed by "car".  Nothing else came close.
