I think the company's original plan was to have Twice be a bit more of a teen crush concept, which is reflected in this album's music. And yes, three of the songs on this album (Going Crazy, Truth, and Do It Again) were from the finale of their survival show Sixteen. The "Sixteen Major Team" performance you mention was one of the finale performances, and had some Twice members as well as some contestants who did not make the group. You're correct that Chaeryeong from Itzy was in the Truth performance, and you correctly identified baby Chaeyeong and Sana. The other girls onscreen with Chaeyeong were Natty (now in Kiss of Life) and Minyoung (who I believe is now a solo artist under the name myssong), and the girl onscreen with Sana was Jeon Somi (now a soloist). I think their survival show is definitely worth watching. It's a more difficult watch than something like the Produce series as far as survival shows go, and isn't really a "feel-good" show, but I think the performances are great and the show gives insight into the girls' personalities and their history. Several of the girls also went on to have careers as idols in other groups: Jeon Somi (IOI, Soloist), Jiwon (Fromis_9), Chaeyeon (Iz*One, Soloist), Chaeryeong (Itzy), and Natty (Kiss of Life) were all also contestants.

i believe jihyo and momo were wearing white in the do it again live christmas version was because they were wearing snowman suits for the encore and took them off later on lol.

The last stage was from TWICE's very first Big fanmeet / concert (ONCE Begins) - it's a great concert to start with if you are into watching concerts and it's very very emotional.
