I love that you're getting into zb1 so much 😭😭😭

Tasia

Yesss an album reaction!!!

Dani

As far as I know, there's no plan/system for the other members to get solo songs. *Minor spoiler for Boys' Planet* The solo song on the debut album was one of the prizes awarded to the winner (along with being center), so I doubt they'll give the others solos

I feel you I went down a whole rabbit hole when getting into them!

Yes! a special for the anniversary!!😍

Nora

this brings me back to summer 2023 waiting for them to debut :( this album is so pretty. always is THAT song, i will never get over how good hao’s voice is. Some of the members have done ost solo songs (all very good). but winning first place on boys planet means hao is the center of the group (not just for the debut) and he also got a solo song on their debut album.

I recommend you the zb1 episodes on K Star Next Door. I think it's good to get to know a little about their personalities and also at the end of the episode they sing a cover which is cool to hear the vocals. They made two episodes with the members divided into two groups, I think it's cool to watch both to get to know everyone. Don't feel rushed to watch, you can get to know them in your own pace. I really enjoy hearing your thoughts and reactions. <3

If you wanna watch something for their anniversary, they filmed a 1year special in April as it was the anniversary of the finale of BP. It’s as some fun as well as tears so I highly recommend. Here is the link to it https://youtu.be/zYBrNF48GVA?si=qh3y-y6vhK4Pthqk

I see some other people have already mentioned that some members have released OSTs (Jiwoong pre-boys planet, hanbin, has, taerae) but as you also said something about being interested in solo covers, we do have some of those too! hanbin covered jk's still with you on the M2 YouTube channel (he also did a solo MC stage on mccountdown), Gunwook did hug me by crush on the M2 YouTube channel, and Taerae did seed by tae yang on the official zb1 YouTube channel there are also many many more solo covers and/or snippets in various different contents, from members appearing on shows (e.g. 3 of the members on one star's YouTube show) to Taerae's "taerae show" videos on their YouTube channel (I think there are 3 episodes so far)

JJ

oh and yes, Yujin is MC for Inkigayo and Hanbin is MC for McCountdown (and has somewhat become THE mc of the moment, having MC-ed for award shows, international music show concerts, and survival shows)

THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!! You made my day! About solo OST: Taerae has his own OST "More Than Enough", Hao has a OST "I Wanna know" (he performed it on line on M COUNTDOWN), Hanbin has a duet "Luv Luv Luv", Jiwoong has some pre-debut OST (I think its name is "I'll Be", also he has a duet "Dream of You"). Hanbin performed "INVU" by Taeyeon in a live performance when he became an MC. Did you like the first album? The second album is even more AMAZING!!! (third one too, but second one is my favorite). On the second album you will find live performances of: Crush, Melting Point, Good Night (has a very beautiful live video when they all are wearing Pajamas – it calls PLAY COLOR LIVE, one GENIE MUSIC channel). And let me tell you... there is a song "Take My Hand" which is just STUNNING. it doesnt have an official video but it does have an amazing live performance they did on MAMA2023 (I dont wanna spoil but there's a really cool dancing part). There's also KIDZ ZONE song which I really love but it has only live performances they did on stages like FANCON and such. Live cover performances: The Way U Are (by TVXQ), Energetic (by WANNAONE), Fry's Dream (by AKMU) and some short cover for Spring Day (by BTS). And the list go on… ^^

LISA SA

About youtube channel K-909 - many idols performe there singing covers. there's a type of video when two idols from a group stand together on stage and sing together few songs' covers for 90 seconds and its really cool (singing live!). Hanbin and Gunwook sang together Bite Me, S-Class, Take Two, Queencard, and Hao and Taerae sang together Bite Me, HARD, Still With You, Queencard. :)

yes, and at McCountdown they are a crazy combo with Boy Next Door's Jayhyun and Riize's Sohee.

I love this mini album , although the B-Sides have grown on me. I am with you, New Kidz on the Block performance made me liking the song more. Mirae's Drip and Drop is on my daily playlist, I love this song.

i recommend u watching their live cover of run-run by eclipse. it is a very popular ost from a very popular kdrama. zb1's cover was trending because of their vocals. Even the members that were not on the vocal line did very well!
