Not sure if you are aware (can’t watch this video until tomorrow) but I think it’s starting episode 9 or 10, the episodes also have behind the scenes episodes too just like in Soop or Bon Voyage and Run

Ashley Me

This was a surprise. I'm always for rewatching contents with you. Regarding the kpop Army, I started out as Army about 5-6 years ago and then gradually started listening to kpop. I would put my Spotify on shuffle and let it play a song then I go searching on YouTube for the artist. 😆

These were so fun! Glad you're watching them

Gayo was actually filmed at the same time as the first episodes of Run (sometimes on the same day) and stretches from 2015-2017. But I still think that they're cool to react to first, because they're music-themed and lower budget (not that Run had a huge budget in the beginning either). The only pre-run content is "BTS: Lucky Draw" which they shot in the practice room literally only a few months before they started both Run and Gayo.

FINALLY someone watched Bangtan Gayo!!!! There's only....10 episodes or something (I'm not gonna look this up right now) But everyone always suggests Run but this was at the same time. I know V-Live is no longer there but they were right next to each other and it always saddened to me that no one watched the Gayo episodes. The guys were really learning and finding their footing, as far as the entertainment aspect of the shows. And I feel like that really showed through Geo more than Run at the beginning. Now they are variety show masters.

This is a lovely surprise. Gayo is fun and more geared toward music themed games. I don't see a lot of people react to this which is a shame or "BTS: Lucky Draw" (also known as BulBukBuk. I highly recommend watching it on Bangtan Subs channel it gives more context) which was before Gayo and only had 5 short episodes but had some iconic moments like the blindfolded hide & seek game (they must have got the idea for Bon Voyage Season 2's game from this lol). It's nice to see them having fun and being silly, this is why I like watching their old Bangtan Bombs too (also recommend from Bangtan Subs cuz again the added context really helps). I think your really gonna enjoy Run BTS too when you get to that. This upload kinda made my day 😁💜

Gayo deals more with kpop stuff I would say most the guys know the dances especially girl groups. In most of the older bangtan bombs like they showed jimin hobi and jk did alot of dancing just fooling around. It was usually when they are waiting to perform backstage of like mnets , kbs etc. I started to watch this like when I was half through like Run 87 or 89 ? They did a a special gayo run episode so I watched this series to see what it was about . Very fun!

CC

I haven’t seen all gayo episodes myself so this’ll be really fun to follow along with you! Fyi, when JK was dancing to adult ceremony by Park Jiyoon it made me laugh because a year later he and jimin actually ended up doing a full choreo performance of that song for festa 2016. Namjoon collabed with Park Jiyoon on No. 2 on Indigo.

Lela

During the girl group dance the other team said things like gangnam style to confuse the team playing 😂 they were trying to sabotage them

Lela

I was really confused by the last episode ahaha but then I realised you watched a yt re-upload and they cut out the kdrama audio of the Vhope scene for copyright 🤣🤣

I was like what is this music I don't remember it in the show. 😂

I used to do the same I would put it on a random kpop shuffle just listen to it and find a song I like then look it up.

Genius Yoongi

totally forgot about that show :D at the beginning I also tried to understand the rules but at some point I just gave up lol

Aakanksha Awasthy

I'm soo happy you are reacting to Bangtan Gayooo! It's truly underrated! Note: I think they have substituted some sounds to avoid copyright like the intro and the some parts in between!

Armystic

6:40 lol Austin getting pissed. Jk brought up psy gangnam style and was doing the dance.. too precious!!! Lol in the captions it says “vocal line interrupting” so basically they’re trying to distract the rappers by throwing out random dances and singers lol there’s a lot going on so def don’t blame him for not seeing it… I didn’t the first time either. Honestly as a non Korean speaker these shows are so much better the second time around bc you catch on to more stuff and know who to be looking at and listening to when they’re all yelling at once lol I get this for sure

Armystic

34:35 omg the way Jin got down on the ground to do the kissing scene with jungkook 😂 so cute!!!!

Omg Austin should react to jungkook and jimin adult ceremony practice and live if he can find it. The dance practice of it is better than the live anyway

Being the master of girl group choreo was actually something jungkook was known for in the earlier years on tv interviews this would always come up and jungkook would get up and show a new gg choreo. There’s tons of footage of them doing it on tv shows, concerts , backstage and behind the scenes of mvs lol mostly jungkook and hobi were the ones who would always do them when they were asked and jimin would do it sometimes with them.. but hopekook really hold the top ff choreo dancers lol I love those compilations

Armystic

So glad you are doing Gayo..they’re all music related somehow and the boys grow up a ton on them! As for jungkook looking like a baby in the 3rd episode you’re totally right!!! It’s weird bc I noticed that watching old videos of them.. sometimes he looks like a baby all of a sudden when he looked older before.. and kinda crazy bc they actually made jungkook stop working out bc he was becoming so buff and big lol he mentioned that they wanted to make him look like a youthful boy vibe lol like he was getting to buff and sexy and they wanted baby JK lol that’s so funny to me

So true!! I think one my favorite hopekook dance is them dancing in that one 360 star show I think that's the name?😂
