(Now I don't think digi has written anything cliché yet *at ALL*, but I don't think even the best writers can avoid some version of these)

Yea, he has got to be the uncle. The SOB who didnt properly transfer the ownership of this property to Kindra, the way her parents wanted. That one was stuck in my head the first time i saw kindra comment on that. And how did he get clearance to enter the facility. I suspect he is whining about the power accident. As long as he doesnt heat her up to much or else MC may have to straighten him out.

No hes just been words. Obviously he is in Eps 5. When it come to defense of this situation i think MC needs to remind Kinda that Reina's team does all this kind of sorting out. legal, management assistance, and just a good bunch of women hauling out there special can of whoop ass. Kinda might just wind up with a few more friends.
