Winter, I still see having a professional air even when casual, so perhaps a button-up shirt still tucked in. Jeans, maybe. Robyn strikes me as a sweatpants kinda gal. Penny could be wearing clothes with Detroit references on them.

Winter would probably still try looking professional so maybe a button up shirt, mid-thigh skirt with stockings underneath. Robyn i can see wearing short shorts (like Yang did in the first 3 volumes) and either a baggy shirt or tank top. Penny might be more casual between the three of them so perhaps a sundress? x3
