What is a bondage art? (Patreon)

Kudos to @queenkitty710, I have an epiphany. When is bondage an art? In this picture, was @queenkitty710 performing a body back bent with ropes supporting her or was it a Shibari suspension with @queenkitty710 doing a back bent.
