Inversion spin - Nova Crow (Patreon)

It is always easier to hang the feet upside down with the boot. I worked with @novathecrow to do a complete transition from face-up, feet up and fully inversion with the butterfly tie. It is a great experience on how to load applying to the body with each transition. I left the other two anchored points attached for safety reason. 😅
