And here's the next chapter of Dragon Leveling! Chapter 69: The Red Gate Trip, is here!

Really sorry for the long wait, everyone! I got a bit too excited updating My Hero Leveling recently, but that doesn't mean I have forgotten about this story. We are entering a mini arc with this one, and it should last for about 2 or 3 chapters depend on how many cliffhanger I want there is, but yeah, it shouldn't take too long before we move on to the Rating Game match against Sairaorg and his Peerage.

As always, thank you for all the reviews and support. I really appreciate every single one of your comments as well as feedbacks. I hope you will all have a good time reading the chapter, as I have a great time writing it!

Make sure to leave me a heart and a review once you have finished reading, and I will see you really soon in the next one.

Peace!

Dragon Leveling Ch.69

Summary: The morning after the day he was killed by his girlfriend, Issei woke up and saw two things. First was Rias Gremory sleeping next to him in his bed, and second was a floating blue window congratulating him on becoming The Player and telling him to go work out as a daily quest.

Glad to see Dragon leveling again but I’m conflicted because my hero ended recently and the other story is really filling that absence greatly. Ether way keep up the good work 👍.

Took a while but we finally got to chapter 69. Nice. All joking aside it really felt like this chapter had quite a lot of content in it even if it wasn't that much longer than the others. Starting things off with a meeting with Tiamat served not only as confirmation that the two of them formed a pact but also getting started on a quest of getting her treasures back. I did enjoy how that was acknowledged by the system itself and the two of them could see it. But I do need to point out that you did end up repeating the part about where Issei got the first treasure. I think that's probably the only issue I have with this chapter. Anyway, understandably Tiamat is impatient about things considering how long she's had to wait but Issei rightfully reminds her that he is the only one of the red emperors to have actually even made an attempt at giving back her treasures. And also he doesn't really have much to work with seeing how long ago this was. Fortunately Azazel may have a lead on another and the meeting ends in a somewhat good note. But of course we cannot forget how Issei's fame really took over things considering how a lot of people in that place one of his autographs and he didn't have it in him to deny anyone. Training for Rias and the peerage starts here and Kuroka joins in since she actually has experience in this sort of thing. The younger members aren't technically allowed to handle Gates just yet but they are here as support and that's good enough. Understandably the thing turns into a Red gate but it seems like it was a deliberate thing this time since the difference is going to be useful in training. Cid and Azazel also join the party and I have to say that the talk Issei had with Cid was the best part of the chapter for me. Obviously Issei is still reeling from the events of the previous events and really wants to know what exactly a hero is. Cid answered it in the best way he could and I imagine that Issei will find his answer in due time. So yeah, pretty solid chapter. I really hope that you keep the focus on this story until you finish this training arc since I think that the story deserves it.
