Day 7 / The Backrooms is coming to consoles this Thursday, the 15th!

Consoles do not provide enough keys for me to send everyone a key to the game (like Steam), but if you're a pre-order patron on May 2026 or soon, comment with your 1 platform of choice and your country (they have different region keys) and I'll message you with a key (until they run out)

This is honestly the last game i would've expected to come to consoles, but it's still an amazing one and honestly perfect timing with the movie being revealed. but, just glad you're back Puppet Combo! Hope there's more to come from you or Jordan soon. you're easily my favorite indie developers, i love your games so much :D.

Hi I am a pre order Patreon and my platform is Xbox and my country is America

Aida Mercer

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I encountered quite a few bugs after maybe 10 minutes of playing? I don't think this is ready for release. Unless it's free for everyone. Key binds instantly lock you in the key binding screen even when you unpause the game, the language selection at the beginning doesn't let me select, when I put an effect on it'll turn it off when I enter a new area sometimes. I haven't even gotten off the street yet. Again, idk if it's me, but I personally would be disappointed if I had to pay for this. Not trying to be rude, just some constructive criticism and feedback :)

jasonkill1980

could you hook me up with that PSN key, pretty please? (US)

CaueTigerS

I don't know if it's still possible, but I want to play! PS5, Brazil

Mistur Fixit

Great game, like that it has its own style unique from your others. Ran into a couple issues you might want to look into before porting: (1) clicking the mouse when you have a dialogue option (like Yes/No at the revolving door, or Attack/Run) causes the arrow to disappear and it doesn't seem like there's any way to continue without exiting the game. Not sure if/how this mouse error will translate to a console game, but please fix it as it ended my game at the final decision and I had to restart. (2) Jesus lady in the beginning says "Bess you". (3) clicking the area where the screwdriver was, after you've picked it up, again prompts you to pick it up. (4) At one point, I ran into a staircase that didn't have any collision and I clipped right through it into another level (kidding)

AyAndre

Any Keys left for this one? I'm on PS5

Evan

Jaydnnn

Any updates on upcoming projects, dude? Just wondering because it's been nearly four years since SOOTH was released, and I'm starved for Puppet Combo content lol😭. Even something like a monthly update on Patreon would be so much help to build up more hype for upcoming stuff.

Jackson Kolb

DeathClutch

I'm a little late to this but I would like a PS5 key if you still have any available. Big fan of all of your games!!!
