Hey! I'm currently in production of my next video that dives into the GameCube titles, and this time it's for Star Fox Assault! I wanted to have a discussion on the entire game with two friends and the biggest Star Fox fans that I know, our own Brandon and special guest Amalia! This is pretty much just the raw, full discussion that might go on the channel itself at some point. But for now, I want to take some quotes of this discussion and put them into the Assault video for some dramatic, documentary-like feels added to it. I'm hoping it works out the way I envision it.

With that said, if you're a fan of Assault, I hope you enjoy an extra long chat about everything the game has to offer!

Truly cannot wait for Star Fox Assault to be added to Nintendo Classics!

Assault was my first Star Fox game, a childhood defining game, we used to play the multiplayer a ton (best matches were Sniper Rifle only plus Jetpacks in Corneria City). Here's my unprompted mission ranking: 10. Aparoid Homeworld: I like the area but it's usually too long and difficult 9. Katina: fine introduction to on-foot missions and the Landmaster 8. Corneria City: I like the first half with the Sniper Rifle but the 2nd half riding on the Wolfen's wing drags on for too long 7. Orbital Gate: it's ok, just like Sector Z was 6. Fichina: I really like exploring through the snowstorm and the boss, but riding on Falco's Arwing wing puts the level a bit lower 5. Asteroid Field: good Arwing level 4. Final Mission: great but difficult Arwing level 3. Sargasso Space Zone: this is probably my most biased take, but I just can't help loving the feeling of infiltrating this space station and then of course battling Star Wolf 2. Fortuna: fantastic introduction level, with a space section and a planet section. And two bosses! 1. Saria: only level that effortlessly combines all three gameplay modes perfectly. Could've used a boss but oh well
