Hi there, Producers! This week's GVGCast is taking place tomorrow (Friday), March 17th at 5pm Pacific / 8pm Eastern / 1am UK time and as always, we're putting out the call for you to suggest topics or ask questions for us to discuss or answer during a dedicated segment of the show.

Simply leave a comment on this post with your question or topic suggestion, and it may very well be chosen! As always, we can’t guarantee your topic or question will be selected, but we will do our best to make sure a wide variety of Patrons' topics and questions are chosen from week to week in an effort to highlight as many of you as possible and ensure no one feels left out.

If nintendo made another crossover game like smash bros but it wasnt a fighting game, what kind of genre of game would you want it to be?

I’ve been absolutely bingeing Octopath 2 lately. Mixing and matching all the different secondary jobs has been a ton of fun, but that got me thinking. Suppose you are suddenly dropped into a fantasy world like Octopath, FF etc. What would be your “job” or class?

Do you think Nintendo's approach towards Tears of the Kingdom may hurt potential normal sales? I've seen people discussing that some out of the gaming circle even think Tears is a DLC or expansion and not a full game with how little they've explained what it really is. I wonder if this secretive campaign may backfire as I honestly agree that they've been hiding a lot of this game and I wish I knew more

This question’s for all the masochists and content creators out there. What are some notable games you’ve played, whether you enjoyed them or not, that caused you actual physical pain while playing them? These include but are not limited to: palm blisters, lacerations, tennis elbow, dislocations, carpal tunnel, hand cramps, hitting nearby furniture a la Kinect, crazy visuals a la Zelda 2’s game over screen, etcetera. And for fairness sake before you say anything, let’s rule out Mario Party and Kid Icarus Uprising so we can get a variety of answers.

I've had Donkey Kong on the mind lately. I fully believe Nintendo is gearing up to make DK a top tier franchise again alongside the likes of Mario. What would your ideal new DK game be when he comes back? I hope for another crack at a 3D game and make it akin to odyssey with sandbox levels, great traversal elements, etc.

Cliché as this may potentially sound, do you think it’s normal to have uncommon opinions to stand by when it comes to the “general consensus” on certain video games? I have a genuine like for a handful of divisive games such as Sonic Lost World, Star Fox Zero, and the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes where I can see good, even great qualities despite their flaws in gameplay and heated mixed reception from others—said heat I find myself running into in online debates when I’m usually on my own standing up for why I like them. I’m always open to hearing different outlooks of games so long as others keep a respectful and open mind of others mindsets, and I hope this question is able to provide a civil discussion on the matter of taking in others opinions/outlooks.
