Having a 2nd ramble a month when you're feeling it would be dope imo! Oh boy having your podcast play in front of people would be wild to experience like that. Holy Grats on the move!!! And yeah renting a space from the parents or a friend is a great idea tbh. Great way to save money. The play button is a huge accomplish! Still pumped for you on that. Getting a house with a lot of property is a dream goal imo. If I ever win the lottery, my dream is buy 100 acres of land, build a couple houses on it for me, close family, if I get married, my future wife's family, my closest friend. And then build motocross tracks and trails, have all those kind of toys like side by sides and stuff like that.
