Aside for small detail to what is already there, yeah some accessories are needed, as for her hair, that is a good idea however I have to take into account that it can fit both this and her ponytail version, or perhaps unique hair accessories for each one. 🤔

honestly just a little yellow embroidery at the top left of her shirt would go a long way here. Or you could add a purse or jacket.

maybe go brunette , i think a blonde will not wear a red top that way but maybe a yellow one , most blonde like yellow and then will match with her yellow heart on the belt , or white top and white dress , but will look like you forget the textures more maybe, give her a yellow top and a blue jean dress so you can add also some texture to the dress will look way more details
