Today on my search for reference material I found these things, they are not socks, they are, something that look like those kinda socks, I wonder if I can use these and short socks at the same time, also I want to make these shoes, I may have to omit some details though

Ah, those are leg warmers. I guess it's realistic if you use these and short socks together. Well, to me the visual effect is close enough to loose socks, since you would only be able to tell the difference once her shoes are off. In a way leg warmers would give more options than loose socks, if somebody wants to have her barefoot with legwarmers.
